Great stay, amazing staff, but hotel still has some things it can work on.
Pros:

Clean, well maintained and updated. Great staff and service.

Cons:

AC wasn’t working well or at all. And there was construction outside the room which impacted our rest.

Nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast was the fly in the ointment

Breakfast was good. Staff in breakfast room was v rude. I had to leave a filled plate on the table and go to reception to clarify.

Excellent hotel gave a feel to visit again and again.
Pros:

Break fast was very balanced having varieties to choose. Front staff as well as the restaurant staff was very courteous and amazing. We used room service also which was excellent and provided within no time.

I maintained property
Pros:

Room is not maintained, dirty sanitary and toilet.
Old linen.
Old towel
I paid online, staff argued I have not paid money and adamant to charge again.
Room was opposite to room in construction.
Was close to where Pvt party was going on and hence noise and could not sleep.
