Blue Mountain Springs Resort

You could hear every footstep and noices from the unit above. It was imposible to sleep.

Very small and crowded for 6 ppl. Tried to contact property in advance with questions and received no response.

The unit was a little out of date and we had some trouble connecting to the internet. There was not cable, but apps to watch TV which was ok but unusual.

The ski locker was not usable and the outside light was blown out making the stairs more trecherous than they needed to be at night.

It was convenient close to the hills clean and spacious

The studio itself was nicely appointed and easy to find. However, the lock on the door was old and difficult to figure out. Once we (eventually) got it open, the door could not be locked from the inside, and the balcony had a railing that was loose. Both of these are BIG safety concerns and should be fixed immediately.

My husband, I and another couple rented a loft apartment for 3 nighs. This whole complex appears to be
run down and tired. Very much in need of updates and repairs. The deck off the living room was so rotten I would hazzard to guess if it is even safe. The toilets were both difficult to flush. The carpeting was filthy along with the oven, mitts and pot holders disgusting.There was 2 towels supplied for 4 people for 3 nights. No washcloths. Why not give people a heads up and tell them to bring there own?? We travel extensively and were totally disappointed with what we got for our money at this destination. Won't be recommending or returning here. Beware the best part of this place is the pictures.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, we had to open the door for hours to clear it out. The bed sunk in and we had to sleep right on the edge to avoid rolling into the centre.

All was ok. Resort room was much smaller than expected.

First time at Blue Mountain was great experience.

Good location. Place was a bid run down cosidering the ridiculous per night price. I battled the toilet the whole 2 days. Plunger in the tank was leaking and toilet constantly running without intervention. Definitely not worth the price but we still had a great trip .

The WiFi was not working at property plus there was not enough toilet paper ….

This resort is disgusting. We started off in a room but asked to be moved immediately. The second we walked in we were hit with a stench of mold and smoke. The counters were covered in crumbs, the kitchen utensils were filthy, earwigs crawling around everywhere and half the lights didn’t work. The bed had pee stains and wasn’t even on a bed frame, just sat on the floor of filth. After going through numerous numbers we were finally able to contact someone that was affiliated with this resort (The front desk was closed). We explained the situation and begged for a refund as we were very uncomfortable to stay at this hotel. She had zero sympathy and said we can move to a room two doors down. Same thing happened with this room, dirty and smelly. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall, only one small light in the room worked, but luckily this bed was actually off the floor this time. Once again we called the “staff” and they explained they didn’t have any rooms left and they could send a cleaning lady to the room- but we had to be out of the room for an hour. All of this should had been done prior to checking in. This hotel is not cheap enough to be treating customers like this. PLEASE find somewhere else to go, it will lessen your chance of getting bed bugs or breathing in that disgusting air. So many better options out there.

Not really what I was expecting or advertised

Really clean! Super cute. Close to the village. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommend

Was hesitant about booking due to COVID etc. Very straight forward on all fronts. Studio had everything needed and very clean. A few cosmetic things needed. Overall we were very satisfied. Good value for money. I would book again.

Cute, very small for a supposed suite! Clean!

The place is perfect, quite, the room and bed are tidy up and clean.

The services are the worst! The front desk is closed. They changed for a room that I never get. Asked me to pay more money for a security deposit when everything was closed! The owner extremely rude!!! I won’t ever recommend this place to stay or anything.
