Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean and updated, easy to find and close to amenities. Unfortunately it wasn’t handicapp

Close to the walkway along the water

Cons:

Ramp for the wheelchair was long, and getting into the front door too close to the stairs.
Only Ada room available had no view or balcony. Overlooking the parking lot wasn’t good, considering that mobility issues made going outside challenging.

We only stayed one night - we could have stayed much longer! Comfortable beds and friendly reception staff.

nice hotel but needs to make some changes to make the experience match the high cost
Pros:

the room was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and vaulted windows - unfortunately the windows only were able to be curtained in the lower part so the early morning sun could not be blocked at all. There were 2 queen beds - the one closest to the window was approximately 6 inches from the A/C blower - no way to deflect air blowing directly into your face all night unless you chose to rearrange the bedding so you could sleep with your feet nearest the A/C instead of your head. The shower was out of both shampoo and conditioner which of course you only realize once you are wet which was very unpleasant.

Pros:

The King bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was not. I wish as a junior suite (the only option if you bring a pet) there was a better option for a double queen room. To bring a family and only have a sofa bed as additional bed was not ideal.

Cons:

The hotel is very clean and inviting. The staff was great. The pool was fun. Everyone was Very Friendly. I loved how pet friendly the whole town is.
