Great stay until the end
Pros:

The lady at check in on Sunday June 28th was absolutely lovely! Personable, funny, informative, attentive and just overall fantastic! The room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. Check in was easy and the location is perfectly situated by great food and adventures.

Cons:

The pool being separate from the hot tub was challenging with kids resulting in us all not being able to stay together.
Check out at front desk was disappointing. Only one staff member assisting and the staff didn’t see how long people had been waiting and then asked the newest guests to check out if they were ready, and there two other people in the lobby already waiting.

Great spot with lovely spacious rooms.
Pros:

Lovely spacious rooms with great facilities. We had a lake-view room and it didn’t disappoint. Beds and pillows were both really comfortable.

Cons:

The balcony could use a revamp, as could reception - to match the revamped rooms. Also - blinds for the top half of the windows would be useful!

Localização muito boa, de frente para o lago e montanhas, próximo a restaurantes, mercado e lojinhas. Cidade simpática, gostamos bastante.

Outstanding! We’d stay here again.
Pros:

Outstanding sweets. We had views from two sides, a balcony with a view to another mountain. A gas fireplace, kitchenette, great bed and nice art. Even a little breakfast table. It’s all newly renovated. They offer parking in the lot behind or below - if you’re here in the winter. Note the hotsprings are at a hotel down the street. They’re super easy to get to. This is a great spot, No restaurant here but there are places everywhere.
