Tahiti Village Resort & Spa

I love tihiti but I would never stay in a 1/2 kitchen again. No washer/dryer, tub shower not like full kitchens and I know we have stayed in different rooms and have never had one like this. Couch in 1/2 kitchen with TV, not comfortable, not cozy. Bedroom is the only window. Its like a glorified hotel room and this time no one was helpful which is very disappointing, as we consider tihiti like family and no phone number we were given was helpful. Not tihiti style, I sing praises everytime I come, but this room is very sad! I wish we would have booked elsewhere this time if this was only choice. No one was accommodating and its like no one we were given a number from RCI/Summerset cared, only at local level was anyone understanding,but their hands were tied This time they dont have my recommendation for this type of room.

Lots to do on and off property. Restaurant food was fabulous! Attention to detail in the room, cleanliness and amenities, was not as good as last time.

We stayed for five nights, Sunday to Friday. The cons included; WiFi didn’t work in main bedroom 5351 and barely in 5349.
No working fan in bathroom. Windows did not open in the room.
Very poor building number signage.
Didn’t respond to text answering simple ?. They initiated text upon checkin so don’t bother if you won’t be using texts to respond.
Tv in living room wouldn’t work. Maybe a remote problem.
No hot water in bathroom sink: maintenance came but it didn’t last. Other bathroom in main bedroom no cold water in sink.

Pros: Plenty of towels at pool, nice hot tub for adults, front desk friendly. Mostly clean room with a little wear. Steamer in shower was cool.

The front desk staff couldn't be less friendly or helpful upon check in, the concierge desk was full of miss information and had no assistance at all for long time owners of resort.
No one seems to care about customer service unless a tip is involved.
When we bought into this resort we didn't pay for average we paid for first rate accommodations. Web site showed one bar would be open at lazy river/ adult spa but nothing was open so we had to walk all the way to the main lobby only to be told we could not bring in our drinks to the area..

Only a 10-12 minute ride to The Strip; Beautiful grounds; Very good front desk staff (responsive); Confortable rooms & furniture; full kitchen was a nice plus; Good restaurant/bar on site; Pizza restaurant needs improvement (pizza was too similar to frozen, supermarket boxed pizza) - we each had a slice and left the rest behind; Air conditioning did not work (was not serviced/cleaned in 5 years - acording to service tag on the unit).

Quick get away with wife. Had a great time. It was nice not being in the middle of everything and able to reconnect with wife.

Wonderful resort located at the end of the strip and the resort offers a free shuttle to the casinos. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and a tropical feel. The staff were amazing and eager to help with answering any questions and making sure you are getting the most out of your stay. Since we were staying over Christmas there were lots of holiday activities for everyone including, but not limited to, a photo shoot with Santa! The rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet and spacious with everything one might need. The pool was amazing and made you feel like you were in a beach lagoon rather than a pool! Great place to stay for families or just adults. Highly recommend staying here.

Great resort just far enough away from the strip noise. Easy to get around, use the shuttle to get to the strip or the Deuce has a stop 2 minute walk to the south. It was great having a grill available and a shuttle to the grocery store. The pool and hot tubs were clean and well kept.

If you do not want to be treated like a criminal, then dont even think of staying or going near this Tahiti "vacation club". Front desk personnel is extremely rude. My partner and I checked in on Dec 27, 2025 and want to heat up our leftover food. We found out that there are only 1 knife and 1 small spoon so ask for replacement of 1 knife and 1 spoon as there are 2 of us. I was interrogated and had to repeat myself 3 times that I was not asking for anything "extra" and that clearly 1 knife and 1 spoon were missing as there were 4 forks there. After 20 min, front desk called again and interrogated me again and I had to answer 3 or 4 more times that I was not asking for anything extra, just what were clearly missing. I was treated like a criminal and she said I was rude and hung up on me. I had to call a 3rd time and still nothing came for another 20 min.
I already wrote a review on another site and feel that I must warn potential customers to not book here if you can find anywhere else in Vegas.

LOVED this resort! It was our first time staying here but we know Vegas well. I LOVE the location, the property is beautiful and quiet. We came from Colorado and the weather was beautiful. The staff is amazing and helpful and friendly and funny.....they printed a couple of things for us and also made great recommendations.

pointless and lame security, repeated security incidents.

Our catalytic converter got stolen while our vehicle was parked on second or third night of our stay. Based on tripadvisor and yelp reviews this is not the first time it happened this year in this property.

one of our rooms for family had a fresh smell of paint.

Management wouldn’t provide us reimbursement for our stay and offered $195 plus tax additional night when one could book online for $277 with all the fees.

security rep refused to sign incident report, argued with my wife about it, told me to stop when i warned another guest about security lapse by showing August 2025 tripadvisor post that also spoke about catalyctic converter thef. Had to escalate to security Mr. Butler to get a signature.

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Grounds are beautiful. Lazy river is great for kids. The restaurant is wonderful.

The grounds are clean and beautiful. It felt very safe. I enjoyed my walks on the property. Location is perfect.

Choose another property. Parking limited and parking structure not close to facility. Beds were very old and need replacing. No bathroom vanity counterspace. Toer 5 end of hall rooms 100 yards from elevator.

This was a good experience for me and my fiance the service was more the excellent I plan to come back again

A great place to stay with safe parking, a nice view of the strip, out of the hustle and bustle. Although the restaurant/bar and service wtihin wasn't much to be desired. Also, we thought the Sky line lounge was going to be a lounge, not an empty room over looking the Strip.

We took a Adult Softball trip last 2 years and everyone was happy and will stay again. Since last year the resort was remodeled which was really nice. Shower head had so much pressure felt really good. Can’t wait for next year

this place is amazing and so much fun. i would recommend anyone to visit this place and be a part of our family there
