Check in was very clunky. There was a trainee assisting me. He was not very proficient with the process. His trainer was visibly frustrated and irritated with him. It came through in her tone and body language.

Stay ocean front you will regret the Parking! Deck across tge street 3 levels up & sobis the rooftop pool. One elevator in each building, prepare to wait or take the stairs all day. Rooms were immaculate to say the least. Like mini apartments very updated. But bayyyyby... that customer service & check in process was horrible & them resort fees per night! Very far from most stores but the restaurant & pier are remarkable. I would've recommended for small kids. They'd be bored. No breakfast options for vegans, & all pork meat just as FYI
