Very nice and quiet. Very cozy comforting place to stay.
Nothing is to far walk or drive depending on what you need or want to do.
Definitely would stay here again.

Great condo and restaurants but dirty floors.
Pros:

Great condo. Very comfy. Restaurants on site were also good and they have live music every night until 9pm. The pool was very warm in August so not refreshing. And the floors in the condo were swept but not mopped and so too dirty to walk on with socks or bare feet. Since we qere charged a significant cleaning fee we would really expect floors to be mopped.

We liked the location and convenience. I ran through the quiet neighborhoods first thing in the morning and the residents out walking waived and said hello. Pool was nice.

The place was great. Some dishes were not clean in cabinet . Used dishwasher prior to using. Beds were comfortable. Towels, sheets clean. Floor was dirty if you walk in wet feet, bottom of feet got dirty, otherwise we wouldn’t know. Loved the restaurant that was down stairs with the entertainment. Would definitely stay there again!!

Cleaning charge rip off!
Pros:

At checkin, we were told of an extra charge for cleaning. 50 bucks a day. We were there for two days and they never cleaned! Dishonest.

Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The place was spacious, clean and nice. Furniture could definitely use updating. Had nice little bar with music right downstairs. Had nice breakfast restaurant with really good food right downstairs also. Was in good location within walking distance of Snook Inn.
