A comfortable, value for money stay in a nice DC neighborhood.
Pros:

Very nice, clean property. Close to all the important museums in Washington DC, metro (Foggy Bottom)and a few department stores. Wonderful staff, thank you for letting us check in early after a long journey.

spent a great week at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again
Pros:

the suite was much bigger than i expected and very comfortable. it felt like i had my own apartment in DC. the street doesn't have much going on, but it was peaceful and very close to the Metro and just a short walk to Georgetown and other fun parts of the city. i would definitely stay here again and was very pleased with my decision.

Cons:

the restaurant says it's open until 10pm, but the kitchen closes at 9:30... so maybe include that on the sign or tell people that when they check in.

Pros and Cons
Pros:

Pros: very friendly, outgoing staff; easy on site parking (we had special winter rate which included discount on overnight parking on premises); convenient location to Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Georgetown; walking distance to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s; very generous amount of space in a “studio queen” plus a small kitchen; didn’t use it but there’s a restaurant on premise.
Con: antiquated infrastructure. Plumbing wise - long wait for hot water, low water pressure in the shower; tiny bathroom; HVAC problems - air handling system was noisy - when we tried turning fan off, strong cooking odors (probably from restaurant) filled the room forcing us to turn it back on and leave the window open all night.
You have to reserve ahead to get the room serviced - we couldn’t get on the list the day we wanted it cleaned. At least they do provide fresh towels and coffee refills.

The rooms are spacious, staff is very kind and the inhouse restaurant is great. Groceries stores are in 5 min range same as the metro

The windows in the room dont completely keep the noise of airplanes landing at DCA out.
