Pros:

This was our second visit to Napili Kai. The beach at Napili Bay is unbeatable- the staff was wonderful, restaurant was ok, a nice relaxing vacation

Pros:

The only issue was parking in the Puna Point section, and multiple times the small parking area was full. Due to property layout and size I don't think there is a remedy for this.

Pros:

Very clean and well kept facility. Attached beach access is amazing. Rooms spacious and comfortable beds. Parking limited in some areas but manageable to find a spot. Overall great experience.

Amazing resort and views! Inflexible restaurant.
Pros:

We had a wonderful time! Our lodging was perfect, the view was gorgeous, and the overall resort is exactly what we were looking for.

Unfortunately the restaurant is not flexible for our older kids. They are very strict on the ten and under menu; our teen daughter was not allowed to order from it. I have never encountered that before. Their main menu had nothing that she was interested in eating and the prices were such that we were not willing to make her try something new. As a result they missed out on our entire family eating there.

This place was on my bucket list since the first time I saw it, and it did not disappoint! Rooms and staff were spectacular. Beautiful beach views and having the sea house right there couldn’t be beat. Definitely enjoyed the free activities to do through the resort (although they did kick us out of the free mai tai party for wearing our swimsuits???? - the party was at the pool and the resort is at the beach?) but particularly the horticultural tour is a must do if you stay here! Mahalo and aloha Napili Kai!

Pros:

The room was dirty. We found a lot of hair and cockroaches in our room on the first day! We had to ask to move on the second day. Recommend to get a room on the second floor, there’s a lot of bugs on the first floor.
