La chambre très confortable, la literie et la navette très pratique pour se rendre à la montagne

Tout est parfait parfait
La chambre était joli et très pratique.
La piscine semblait très sale pas trop entretenu, eau trouble et jaune. Aucune commodité, bar fermé, aucun restaurant ou acces a de la nourriture a l'hôtel.
Service de navette fiable et excellent service
Manque de confort pour le lit Murphy et canapé-lit.
La chambre était propre, confortable, le salon de divertissement super!, le personà du bar excelente on a passé un belle soirée.
L'extérieur de l'hôtel est joli, le personnel est accueillant, la chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable.
La chambre manque un peu d'entretien, un des interrupteurs dans la chambre envoie des coups de courant, la baignoire pose problème car le jet ne fonctionne pas par moment et le drap était troué.
Si vous avez la suite proche des ascenseurs elle est bruyante on entend passer tout le monde dans le couloir et ceux qui prennent l'ascenseur. Cette suite ne devrait pas être placée ici pour un 4 étoiles.

L’unité 125 a 3 belles chambres et est au rez de chaussée. Les matelas sont confortables.
La chambre n’était pas prête à temps ( 4.00 pm) pour aucune raison et aucune compensation. Nous avons du attendre 45 minutes de plus.
La sortie d’urgence étant à côté de l’unité 125, les gens l’utilisent et c’est bruyant. La ventilation de la salle de bain apporte du froid. Une attention pour la réparer.
La tranquilité de l'hôtel, l'équipement fourni
Le spa était fermé, mes amis partaient en ski et moi j'ai dû me rendre au spa nordique pour pouvoir avoir accès a un spa....ça augmente le prix du séjour
