Nous y retournerons mais essaierons une autre unité de 3 chambres.
Pros:

L’unité 125 a 3 belles chambres et est au rez de chaussée. Les matelas sont confortables.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas prête à temps ( 4.00 pm) pour aucune raison et aucune compensation. Nous avons du attendre 45 minutes de plus.
La sortie d’urgence étant à côté de l’unité 125, les gens l’utilisent et c’est bruyant. La ventilation de la salle de bain apporte du froid. Une attention pour la réparer.

Séjour confortable.
Pros:

Proximité du centre de ski, la suite est spacieuse

Cons:

C’est très sombre dans la suite, surtout dans la cuisine. Il manque un luminaire au dessus de la table. Ce n’est pas agréable lorsqu’on mange ou lorsqu’on joue à des jeux de société.

It’s a nice hotel for a family snowboarding trip; however, the hot water issue was very frustrating.
Pros:

It’s cozy and conveniently located, and it offers a shuttle bus to Mont Tremblant.

Cons:

There wasn’t enough hot water for the first two nights. After two or three showers, it would run out, and we had to wait 1.5-2 hours for it to heat up again. Each person only showered for about 10 minutes, which was very frustrating.

Enjoyed our stay, would come back
Pros:

The room is very nice, big and relatively clean. I liked having multiple bathrooms and outlets available in each part of the room. Many useful amenities like the microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hairdryer, etc. and the location is very close to the ski resorts and restaurants.

Cons:

We couldn't find a switch for the fireplace, the bed only had a flat sheet no fitted sheet, the room was a bit cold at times even though we tried to increase the temperature, carpet and sofa had a few stains, wish the smart tv had access to Netflix or other streaming sites

A cozy, convenient ski stay with comfy beds and nice perks—just don’t expect a hot hot tub, an open bar, or to be comple
Pros:

The surroundings were great and the location was super convenient — close to Tremblant village and the ski slopes without being right in the chaos. The beds were very comfortable, the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch, and everything was clean and functional. Two ensuite bathrooms helped keep the peace.

There’s plenty to do on site with a pool table, indoor pool, and an electric fireplace adding some cozy vibes. The shuttle to the slopes runs every 30 minutes and does the job getting you there and back. Skis have lockers on site and there’s even a ski maintenance company stationed there, which is handy and efficient.

Prices felt reasonable (we stayed on a weekday), and overall it was a comfortable, convenient stay — solid and cozy, though not quite “blown away” level.

Cons:

One of the big selling points for us was the outdoor hot tub for après-ski. Sadly, it turned out to be more of a “tepid tub.” We were kindly informed by a fellow lukewarm soaker that one of the heaters was broken, meaning it was, in fact, not a hot tub at all. A chilly disappointment.

There’s also no food offered on site, so come prepared to self-cater or head out to eat. There is a bar, but during our stay it was more of a decorative feature than a functioning bar, as it wasn’t open.

The rooms and property could definitely use an update — things are feeling a bit tired around the edges. With some investment (and a genuinely hot hot tub), this place could easily move from “good/okay” to excellent.

The property had decent value for money, but lacked fine tuning of some essentials/amenities, and cleanliness.
Pros:

I thought the layout of the rooms were well designed and in functional.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The location, albeit several minutes outside the village, was easily accessible by shuttle.

Cons:

The hot tub stopped working earlier in the week (Monday), and it still wasn’t running by the weekend. This was a minor issue, but still one that affected our post-ski recovery.

In addition, I didn’t find my room to be the cleanest. There were hairs all over the shower that were not mine the first time I used it. Also, I noticed the the counter, coffee tables and stove top had a film on them, as if they wiped down down with a dirty rag. So I did wonder overall, how clean it was.

Finally, the cleaning staff were outside my room making up another room, and I asked them to clean after, and they didn’t.

The shuttle schedule was unreliable in the evening, as shuttles stopped at 8:30pm
