Great property highly recommend
Pros:

Everything is great, location, service, aminities

Cons:

I am a neat freak, i don’t like to c dust, but that’s me.
I personally don’t like carpets, cause i know they can’t washed after each visit,
Overall i give a 10 and 9 for cleaning and I will come back again

Pros:

Location. Close to the village

Cons:

Service just not what we had at our previous stay in 2019 at the same hotel. House Keeping just came once in our 4 days stay for about less than 10 mins. Furniture was very old, not renowated. Booked this place again because our previous stay was amazing but was very much disappointed this time.

Would stay again! Great location and amenities.
Pros:

Shuttle to ski hill, ski storage facility at the ski rental shop, parking was easy, the hot tub outdoor. Check in process extremely easy.

Cons:

Our room is a bit far from the elevator. There are ladybugs inside the room. Dishwasher didnt work.

Château Beauvallon is a comfortable place that ticks most of your boxes on a trip to the ski hill
Pros:

We were return clients, and that is saying something. First time we stayed at Château Beauvallon was many years ago before COVID. The place was very comfortable and in an excellent location. The shuttle to the hill was a huge bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub.

Cons:

The place, while comfortable and well appointed, is however showing its age and is probably due for a refresh. The breakfast restaurant was shut down and the bar was closed during the week, not a huge deal for us though. The lighting could use some TLC. The fridge was tiny but with a bit of planning -- manageable. A better stocked up gym would've been much appreciated.

I wouldn't recommend
Pros:

Staff was friendly, the shuttle was always on time.

Cons:

Here are several reasons why I wouldn't choose this hotel next time.
1. Hot Tub-one day out of 5, the temperature in jacuzzi was 38 degrees but the jacuzzi was half full (wasn't enough of water in it), the rest of the days the temperature was 33 degrees (check with apple watch and confirmed by their maintenance), it was cold.
2. The equipment in the room is a very serious safety concern and a health hazard. I was shocked by the kettle broken wire once I plugged it in. Spoke to the manager right after it. She assured me that there is not enough of electricity to kill me and I look totally fine. She gave me a new kettle to use though.
3. Shuttle- if you want to get a shuttle at a prime time, around 9 am to go to or around 4-4:30 to come back, there is a high possibility that there is no space left on the bus and you will need another half an hour to wait for the next one.
4. Every time that you look up you see a pieces of dust hanging from the ceiling.
5. They stopped servicing the room. We stayed there for 5 nights, someone came in on day 4 to remove the garbage and replace the towels, nothing else. When I asked, the manager said they don't service rooms anymore.

I would rather spend triple the amount to stay anywhere else next year.
Pros:

Nothing. I would never return.

Cons:

Our carpet was stained all over and looks like it has never been cleaned. The coffee machine was dirty and used when we got there. Some of our towels were stained. This place was just awful.

Small issue with the safety locks not being engaged on the dishwasher rack causing a bit of an accident and broken glasses.

Comfortable and relaxed vacation at the Chateau Beauvallon.
Pros:

The shuttle bus to the ski hill was always prompt and on time. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms in the Family suite were modern and clean - a big plus.

Pros:

Just disappointed in the lack of facilities, poor control of heating systems, room very hot and no way to cool
Housekeeping was really non-existent....one bedding change in 10 days...never a vacuum or dusting... originally advised bar would be open on weekends...did not happen
...vending machines only source of snacks or any kind of food and they were often out of service....staff was great...felt bad for them as these things were out of their control...
