Good location and friendly staff but the building could use a touch up.
Pros:

Very close to the train station and a good variety of dishes for breakfast.

Cons:

Ceiling started to leak and was then placed in another room but that room didn’t have functioning air conditioning.

Great price, breakfast and location. Defo recommend.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, great location and staff very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

AC randomly switched off a few times, but was fixed quickly. note, don’t use the cafe at corner, totally rip off.

Consigliato per chi vuole essere vicino al centro.
Pros:

Posizione comoda, a due passi dalla stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro storico. Camera confortevole. Colazione ricca e varia. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Ho avuto un pò di difficoltà a trovare il quadro di controllo dell'aria condizionata (che comunque ha funzionato benissimo), in quanto completamente nascosto dalla tenda.

Pros:

I happen to book this property after spending hours in the Hot springs of saturnia and it exceeded my expectations in every way. 2,000-year-old Roman villa with antiques and archives, sauna, exercise room, pool and the most amazing rooftop view of the entire Panorama. Staff you were like family and so professional. I felt welcomed and loved immediately. Highly recommend. The most amazing part was heading into town for dinner I come across a Michelin rated restaurant which was outstanding.
This is a place is a Paradise!

Pros:

A klimatizált szoba, ágynemű, tisztaság , reggeli jó. A recepciónál egész nap jéghideg víz iható, jó ötlet.

Cons:

Volt hogy reggel nem volt víz a szobában nem lehetett fürdeni. A fürdőszoba elég kicsi, a wc ülőke a mosdó mellé szorosan lett beépítve.

Such a good place to stay.
Pros:

Staff friendly - Room was nice a spotless - location was very handy and close to Train Station S.M.N - breakfast was great.
