Pros:

Ubicación perfecta: al lado de la estación Santa Maria Novella y muy cerca del centro histórico.
Habitación amplia, moderna y extremadamente limpia. El desayuno es de primera categoría, muy variado y bien presentado.
La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento y se nota un estándar superior.
Totalmente recomendable para visitar Florencia.

Short city break
Pros:

The location is perfect for anyone arriving by train, the hotel is 5mins from the station ,literally a stones throw but nice and quiet. Had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was fabulous, loads of choice and variety. Nice size room and spacious bathroom with a proper hairdryer . Bathroom towels big and soft . Staff friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again and recommend . The room was spotless , lovely big comfy bed .Very good value for money. The hotel is a comfortable 10minute walk from the city centre and main historical attractions.

Pros:

Muito perto da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, bem prático levar as malas da estação até o hotel. Atendimento foi excepcional da recepção ao café da manhã. O café conta com opções variadas de pães, frutas, café e cappuccino, além de bacon e ovos. Conseguimos fazer check out e deixar as malas para podermos aproveitar mais a cidade até o nosso horário de partida.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento era piuttosto alto durante la notte; abbiamo provato a spegnerlo ma si riaccendeva automaticamente dopo poco. Specifico, però, che non ci siamo rivolti al personale per questo problema, visti i pochi giorni di permanenza e le poche ore trascorse in hotel.
