Nos subieron el precio, al doble una semana antes de llegar allí. Estaba sucio. 8el baño olía fatal)La calefacción no funcionaba no la ponían a mitad de la noche a 25 grados pasamos muchísima calor cuando la queremos poner nosotros no iba

Lovely room, clean, 2 min walk from SM Novella Station, 10 min walk to city center
Pros:

Extremely convenient to SM Novella Station (3 min walk with luggage), and about 11 min easy walk to the centre of Florence. Our room was spacious, clean and we had our own private small terrace from where we enjoyed a drink and some sunshine each afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Elevator handy with luggage and mobility issues.

Cons:

Not right in the centre of town, but we knew this when booking, was more important for us to be close to the station as far as moving luggage.

İndirim sebebiyle Fiat fayda oranı çok yüksek oldu.
Otele girişte odamızı fiyatı değiştirmeden bir üst seviyeye çıkarmaları bizi memnun etti..

7 otomobil kapasiteli.. rezervasyon yaparken otoparkı da rezervasyon yaparak planlama yapmak gerekiyor .

Pros:

Loved the staff and also the overall location. Staff even let me keep the baggage for free after I checked out for a couple hours. Great people!!

Hotel cómodo y bien situado para visitar el centro antiguo de Florencia
Pros:

La localización y el desayuno. El tranvía al aeropuerto para a 3 o 4 minutos andando.

Cons:

El tranvía pasa muy cerca del hotel y se oye el ruido bastante. Quizás no sea igual en todas las habitaciones y dependa de la orientación

Muy buena ubicación si necesitas estar cerca de la estacion de tren. Podes ir caminando al centro. Cerca del alquiler del auto. Todo muy bien!

Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, de receptie, de schoonmaak, het ontbijt, alle personen. Ontbijt eenvoudig, maar heerlijk. Kamers schoon en ruim!

Cons:

Geen airco het grootste deel van het verblijf, vanwege raam aan de straatkant en veel lawaai geen optie. Veel te warm! Kussens niet fijn! Locatie prima, maar de weg naar het hotel vanuit centrum kan wat onprettig aanvoelen.

Beautiful hotel and lovely gentleman with glasses that helped us at hotel. He was friendly and helpful. Very close to station

The water doesn't heat up pass luke warm but thats most of Italy we noticed.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The lady working the breakfast was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Shower/tub was slippery because the water got the floors wet. The tub was bowed in the middle , made it challenging to stand straight.

Pros:

Osoblje na doručku iznimno ljubazno. Prvi dan smo kasnili na doručak i gospođa koja ramo radi je bila puna razumijevanja ...skuhala nam je kavu i na miru smo doruckovali.
