Overall ok but i wouldnt think it is 4 star. Maybe 3.5 at best.
Smell of dirty carpet on stairs, poor maintenance in rooms, electrical outlet 'fell out of wall'.

Aircondition is old fasioned, not very good. It took time to feel better with the aircondition in the room. The wall cabinet was smelly and we did not able to use that because of bad smell. The elevator was very old and frightening. The room refrezarator door was malfunctioned and seemed not in good condition

Location near the central station
It is over rated , not deserve 4 stars hotel , not worthy for money, staff are not friendly, we had tough time, on check in the reception gave us 2 rooms in first floor in a separate outside building not the main hotel building and no lift so we said how we will Carry our luggage ( 4 big luggages )all these stairs, so he offer to give the ground 2 rooms which we found that it is not rooms but can be store rooms with normal key not card key and with windows that every one outside can see inside the room and bath room, really disaster, so we were forced to take the first floor rooms and when asked why not in main building he said that it is premium rooms and we are standard rooms ?! All hotel premium?! and outside building is standard?????!!!!!
The AC was not working in both rooms and when asked they said they is maximum capacity of the AC !!!!!!

And ended up when check out I asked for clearance letter as everything is paid and the rooms handed to them clean but the receptionist gave me the receipt for the credit card payment and said this is what they give.
