A hidden gem.
Pros:

Small hotel, but great rooms. One probably will be surprised when arriving at the hotel as it is on the fourth floor of an office building. Front door locked in the evening and on weekends, hence you need to ring a bell. Very old fashioned building, however the hotel rooms are surprisingly nice. Everything very clean. The bathroom very nice/modern. The members of the staff all very helpful and friendly. Going out of their way to assist you. Again entrance maybe a surprise, however once inside there is a little gem. Highly recommend this hotel. Only negative no restaurant, but that negativity is compensated by the various restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommended restaurant: Trattoria Tempo di Bacco; just a few doors down from the hotel.

Simple, easy, central and staff 5 stars!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Truly genuine people that cared about our experience.

Cons:

Staff, location, clean, safe environment. It was simple but, it had everything you needed and central to tours, restaurant next door (tiempo something) cafe’s, convenience stores, and gelato. Easy walk from train station too!
