Pros:

I love the access to the street walk, it was convenient for night life.

Cons:

The extra parking fees, and having to pay $50 damage fee even though it’s refundable. Those fees are hidden.

I liked the fact there was valet for the busy location, it made the trip smoother not worrying about parking

Cons:

I didn’t like the location, it’s very busy but the hotel itself was wonderful and the view from our room on the 12th floor was amazing. I was sad learning breakfast was not included in the room price.

Great hotel for weekend getaway
Pros:

The Ellis hotel was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Centrally located, 2 minutes from the MARTA. Within walking distance to many attractions (Mercedes Benz stadium, Georgie Aquarium).

We had a king room and it was perfect for what we needed - not a huge room but the layout was great, and the bed was super comfy!

The staff are AMAZING here. They went above and beyond in terms of their friendliness and customer service.

We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel, terrible sleep
Pros:

Had a terrible day of flying that ended up a terrible night of “sleep”. Even with two people at the door it took awhile for us to be buzzed in to check in. Our bed was so uncomfortable and made so much noise anytime one person moved or got up. You could hear everything from outside. For such a nice hotel it was a terrible experience for sleep which it was we needed most after a horrible day at the airport
