Great location with the beach across the road.
Pros:

Every time we spoke with reception staff they were fantastic and met every need in spite of our speaking English. With the beach perhaps a 3 minute walk, shops in the complex at ground level, more restaurants and shopping 5-15 minutes walk away … its location is fantastic. Cabs can be called, buses stop in front of the property and free parking is available. Swim in the resort pool, locally under direction or in the enclosed area up the beach.
Our ocean view room was fantastic with views of beaches, islands, wind surfers, yachts, shipping and cruise liners.
Dusk often saw beach volleyball games amongst the locals.
Our room had an en-suite, laundry, kitchen with fridge and stove and balcony furniture.

Au fait, c'est le réceptionniste, très sympathiquement qui m'a rappelé ma réservation. J'ai confirmé pour le petit déjeuner. J'ai apprécié ce moment là avec ma mère et un couple d'amis enchantés de ce partage du buffet. Personnel réceptionniste souriant, accueillant ainsi que celui du restaurant La Terrasse.

I would stay there again
Pros:

Location was excellent, lovely view of the ocean and promenade.
Staff were super friendly.
Air con was epic in lounge and bedroom
Full kitchen and laundry room a bonus.
Breakfast

Cons:

Restaurant was only open for breakfast, but there were plenty of others to choose from for dinner.

There were builders making all sorts of noises during the day but we were out most of the day, the room was a little tired and worn out, sockets not working, lighting poor.

Gym is dated and boring.
Breakfast food was average and not very fresh.
Coffee was awful from a machine rather than a barista, let down given the french rate themselves with food and coffee.

If I go back to Noumea, which I hope I do, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing. The location is great, right on Anse Vata beach and surrounded by beautiful shops. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the centre of Noumea but we didn't need to go into the city often.

Cons:

I didn't like the pillows. Not a big deal in the scheme of things. Maybe I could have asked at reception, and they may have had other choices.

J’ai été mise dans un bâtiment voisin qui était en rénovation !!! Pour une première expérience, ce fut catastrophique

La façon dont on traite les nouveaux clients. Seule une personne de l’accueil Aurelie a pris en considération mon problème et elle m’a automatiquement changé de chambre…Merci Aurélie.
