Pros:

We have stayed before while visiting friends

Cons:

Check in wasn’t the friendliest but I appreciate staff were on last day before major refurb works due to commence

Everyone was working well under the circumstances
Pros:

The food for both Dinners & Breakfast were very nice indeed
It's difficult to give a proper review at this time as the property & business has recently sold and the take over is planned in March, therefore many options were not available.

Good value for money, ok for a one night stay .
Pros:

A warm welcome, great staff great breakfast, good location.

Cons:

Beds were very low, and pillows although spotlessly clean were not comfortable. There was a bright security light that shone into the room all night.

Nice place, convenient. Terrible bed
Pros:

Very nice location, near Pickering, Helmsley, Whitby. Free car parking, room was small but very nice and walk in shower very good. Breakfast very nice and the evening meal was fabulous

Cons:

Bed was ridiculously uncomfortable, very soft and could feel all the springs. Would not stay there again due to this. House keeping checked and gave us 50% refund, but didn’t make up for being so tired next day.
