Schöne Anlage, gute Lage und Happy Hour mit gratis Wein und „Käse“

Viel zu warm zum schlafen. Es schien die Fußbodenheizung zu laufen, wir konnten sie nicht ausschalten. Zudem war das Bett noch auf „Winter“ bezogen mit diesen Thermo-Unterlagen und einer viel zu warmen Decke.

Clean, generously-sized room; the kitchen was a full kitchen, so would be great for a longer stay, or traveling with kids.

Cons:

The location is not as convenient and the property is not nearly as lovely as the pictures and description make it out. It's not a boutique hotel--more like a really good Best Western--and is a decent value only because Santa Barbara is stupidly expensive. Not really walking distance to the beach or town, unless you are okay with a half-hour walk.

Would definitely stay here again if visiting Santa Barbara……..
Pros:

This is a cute, smaller hotel. Only about a 15min walk to the harbor. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our deluxe double queen room was nice, with a sliding door facing the cute landscaped courtyard. We also liked the wine, cheese, and cookie happy hour they did every day at 4:00.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was just ok. They had some kind of egg mini muffins that weren’t our favorite and it was the same every day. Maybe substitute some scrambled eggs and some kind of meat protein on every other day? The yogurt and pastries were good tho.
