Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique car non loin d'un parking souterrain, du tram et du centre ville. Le quartier est calme. La chambre est grande avec une très bonne literie.

Cons:

La défaillance de la climatisation et du wifi ont un peu gâché le séjour ainsi que la propreté approximative aussi bien des espaces communs que de la chambre. C'est dommage !

Le personnel a été très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos besoins spécifiques, on sent une amélioration globale de l'établissement depuis notre dernière visite il y a exactement 1 an. Continuez comme ça !

Cons:

Petit déjeuner assez peu varié comparé aux nombreux autres hôtels que j'ai pu expérimenter, surtout à ce prix. Nous sommes arrivé à la salle peu après l'ouverture, peut-être n'y avait-il pas tout en place déjà, mais cela serait assez surprenant car ça défavoriserait les lève-tôt.

La qualité et la diversité des produits pour le petit déjeuner et l’amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

La propreté de la douche, l’absence de Wifi et un téléviseur qui ne fonctionne pas en l’absence de Wifi. Dommage que le personnel n’est pas mentionné cela à mon arrivée.

Big and comfortable apartment close to the city center
Pros:

The property is well located closed to a tram station. The apartment was huge and the mattresses were comfortable.

Cons:

The hanger of the shower head was broken so it was not easy to keep it in place while showering. The hairdryer is provided only at request at the reception which is inconvenient if not mentioned explicitly during check in. The property has a common storage room but the is no tag applied to the luggages to make sure people only takes out their own, so security wise, the service could be improved.

Horaires du petit déjeuner à 7h30 était un peu trop tard le samedi.
