Cons:

Ne pas avoir pu prendre mon petit déjeuner le samedi matin car celui-ci ouvrait à 7h et j'avais un examen à 7h30. J'aurais aimé savoir les horaires auparavant, cela m'aurait évité de payer un petit déjeuner pour rien.

Great location for the Tram to the Airport
Pros:

Great location, a lot of space, clean and bright. Close to the Tram line F for the airport and the rugby stadium for games. Good Aircon and a small TV for entertainment!

Cons:

The only issue was the door which was VERY difficult to open! Staff tried to help but it was too hard to fix.

Surcoté. Bon emplacement. Literie confortable mais vétuste et manque réel de propreté .

Cons:

Appartement ne correspond pas aux photos. Vétusté des locaux en particulier salle de baim et cuisine . Nettoyage vite fait de surface . Toilettes sales dans le fond de la cuve . Ce n’est pourtant pas grand chose de mettre un produit blanchissant. Cela donne direct une mauvaise impression. Poussière derrière rideaux . Chaises en plastique avec traces de yaourt ou autre. Prises électriques .

Et j'ai remarqué que les bananes étaient trop mures.

Die Zimmer waren gut und modern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Ein Zimmerservice gab es bei 9 Tagen Aufenthalt zum ersten Mal nach sieben Tagen, obwohl mehrmals nachgefragt wurde. Auch die Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Bei durchschnittlich 36°C Außentemperatur braucht man einfach aus hygienischen Gründen öfters mal neue Bettwäsche. Auch notwendige Dinge wie Toilettenpapier wurden entsprechend nicht aufgefüllt und man musste regelmäßig zur Rezeption um eine neue Rolle zu holen. Die Sauberkeit war dementsprechend bei der Anreise gut, aber durch den fehlenden Zimmerservice fühlte man sich schnell nicht mehr wohl. Man konnte sich an der Rezeption aber einen Staubsauger und Putzsachen ausleihen und selber putzen. Aber wenn ich selber putzen muss, erwarte ich einen anderen Preis.

Die Balkone waren auch nicht so großzügig wie auf den Bildern, sondern gerade mal so breit, dass man wie auf einer Stange nebeneinander gerade so auf einem Stuhl sitzen konnte. Einen Tisch gab es nicht.

Das Frühstück könnte für 10€ p.P. / Tag dazu gebucht werden. Ebenfalls gab es für 10€ pro Stück vier verschiedene Pizzen, die man ab der Rezeption bestellen kann. Diese sind aber TK.

Zu guter Letzt funktionierte die Klimaanlage für einen doch Recht großen Raum nur mäßig, wodurch die Bettwäsche noch dringender benötigt wurde.

Das Highlight war oftmals auch der Aufzug. Einer von zwei war ab Tag 3 für die restliche Woche komplett außer Betrieb, sodass es für das doch recht große Hotel einen Fahrstuhl gab. Dadurch kam es öfter zu Verzögerungen und Wartezeiten. Gerade Vormittags und um die Mittagszeit herum musste man lange warten, wenn die Mitarbeiter des Hotels den Aufzug für interne Fahrten blockierten. In dieser Zeit steht man am Fahrstuhl, hört das muntere be- und entladen des Aufzugs und die zahlreichen Fahrten. Unser Rekord lag bei 11 Minuten, die wir vor dem Fahrstuhl gewartet haben.
