Even though a convenient location, will not be staying again.
Pros:

The hotel ran out of pancake batter. Did not bring anymore until right before breakfast was over. Did not have much to offer for breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel had NO clean bath towels available! They made up the room prior to arrival with NO bath towels. My son had to dry himself off from his shower with the foot towel that lays on the floor and his wife used a washcloth to dry off with. Hotel staff told them there were no towels available. My brother and sister-in-law ran into the same problem on the same night. They were all in for my mother's (his Grandmother's) memorial service; should not have to worry about towels during this time.

Awful. Filthy room and bedbugs, RIGHT ON THE FLOOR
Pros:

Nothing. The room had BEDBUGS and we left within 16 minutes of checking in. We had to dispute the charge with our bank because the front desk didn't "know how" to credit it back
