Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

A notre arrivée l'hôtel sentait très mauvais y compris dans les couloirs d'étage. Les sols en moquette sont très sales et tachés . Les chambres et salles de bain sont dégueulasses. Comment peut-on laisser un hôtel dans cet état ? Si il y a un contrôle hygiène c'est fermeture immédiate.

Everything was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty with stuck on food. We had to change the sheets ourselves since the cleaning crew were gone for the evening. This was a Friday evening when we checked in around 3/00.Bedding had old blood stains on bed spread. Bugs crawling on ceiling and in bath room. Dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and cracked Sheetrock in ceiling. They ran out of wash cloths. They did not replenish coffee or towels at any time during our stay. When we asked them for more wash cloths they said they were out. Lobby floor was dirty too. Nasty dirty carpets in hall and rooms. Never shampooed. Just nasty everything. Urine around the base of the commode. Dust on the bathroom lights like they hadn’t ever been dusted or cleaned. Tv table had dust so thick I could write in it. Very dissatisfied. We will never stay here again. We’ve stayed here a couple of years ago and it was decent but since it changed owners last year it has become so nasty. Front desk worker was nice but cleaning crew needs better supervision or people will stop staying here. Just gross.

Breakfast was actually pretty decent. The place just wasn't clean so it made eating anything uncomfortable.

Cons:

You can tell this place used to be nice! It looks nice in the pictures but its really dingy and dirty when you actually get there. It needs a renovation, and some cleaners that actually care about cleanliness. Some advice.. wipe down the walls. Shampoo the carpets. This place could be 100 years old and still nice if you take care of it. This place needs a deep cleaning and some TLC, then it would be great.
I will say the sheets were clean. The beds were decent. But it was just one of those feeling where its like you dont want to touch anything.

Short due to the bed bugs and employee didn’t seem to care. I requested a refund & he told me he couldn’t.
Pros:

Would be better if they took care of the roach & bed bug problem

Cons:

I didn’t like that there were bed bugs in my bed. Was laying down & one was crawling on my pillow and almost got in my hair.

Awful we only cam here because we stayed here 10 years ago and it was great but now terrible . Roaches in our room, bed

We did not stay. We left and never received a refund.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

It was nasty. The bed had hair in it. The worker had just checked the room and instead of changing the sheets she remade the bed. Absolutely disgusting place to stay.
