Pros:

I booked a single room and it was really very generous for one person! very comfortable and with a balcony directly facing Portofino! The room was clean & the staff accommodating & the location exceptional. It has a slightly corporate/ dry vibe to it.

Great location with a wonderful staff and modest room
Pros:

The location was perfect. Rapallo was a very nice size city that offered plenty for a 3 night stay and this hotel made it easy to access everything. Loved the extremely kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this to others. We also liked the beach area the hotel offered.

Cons:

Our room was modest but clean. I should have tried earlier to nook a sea view room. We spent very little time in the room and instead sat out on the deck area overlooking the castle and made new friends each evening.

Дуже приємний персонал, гарне розташування біля замку, поруч пляжі, недалеко від вокзалу і підйомника, знаходиться на набережній. Дуже чисто в номері, перебувала протягом 9 днів, прибирали і міняли білизну 2 рази. Зручне ліжко, що дуже важливо на відпочинку.

Cons:

Хотілось би сніданки більш розширені в плані нарізки і свіжих овочів. Але випічка і кава була дуже смачна.

Posizione bellissima vicino al mare e al centro città. Personale gentile e accogliente. Stanza piccola (economy), ma pulita e ordinata, con doccia abbastanza grande
