Toen we aankwamen kregen wij een kamer waar al mensen in bleken te zitten . We deden de deur van de kamer open en er lagen allerlei spullen . We kregen toen wel een upgrade naar een suite .

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, fronte mare vista castello.
Camera ampia e molto comoda, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione è di buona qualità ma non certo abbondante nella scelta dei prodotti, andrebbe migliorata
le camera era un po' datata, la vernice delle piastrelle in bagno era scrostata in più punti

C'est mon troisième séjour à cet hotel et j'y retournerai certainement.
Pros:

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, les balcons donnent sur la mer, le service est impeccable.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'ampoules au miroir de la salle de bain et la lumière était insuffisante.

Amazing location with attentive staff and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was located right at the water front close to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to train station. The staff were fantastic and always ready to assist. We had dinner at the restaurant on site our second night and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rapallo.
