A Lokáció nagyon pazar, közel mindehez, kényelmes ágy, szép tiszta fürdőszoba, szekrények.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése a hotelnek pazar, sétatávolságra van minden ami érdekes, a kikőtőből hajótaxival közlekedtünk Portofinoba és a környéket is megnéztük. A tengerre néző kilátás jó választás volt, és megérte a drágább szoba.

Oltre le aspettative !
Pros:

Il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo (dovrebbe essere sempre così, ma purtroppo non lo è sempre), la posizione ottima e il ristorante di ottima qualità a un prezzo corretto (nonostante i ristoranti degli hotel abbiano generalmente una reputazione non ottimale)

Cons:

A Rapallo non è semplice parcheggiare, ma grazie alle indicazioni del personale dell'hotel il problema è stato risolto

Toen we aankwamen kregen wij een kamer waar al mensen in bleken te zitten . We deden de deur van de kamer open en er lagen allerlei spullen . We kregen toen wel een upgrade naar een suite .
