Un soggiorno perfetto in una struttura accogliente, con vista spettacolare e uno staff impeccabile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido albergo e desideriamo lasciare un feedback estremamente positivo.
Le stanze erano impeccabili, pulitissime in ogni dettaglio. Un ringraziamento speciale alla ragazza delle pulizie, davvero bravissima: sempre gentile, precisa e attenta.
Lo staff dell’albergo merita altrettanti complimenti: tutti estremamente gentili, sempre presenti e pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità, con grande professionalità e cortesia.
La struttura è inoltre in una posizione meravigliosa, proprio di fronte al mare, con una vista spettacolare. La sera poi è davvero qualcosa di incantevole: il castello illuminato crea un’atmosfera unica e suggestiva.
Un altro grande punto a favore è che la struttura è davvero pet-friendly: abbiamo potuto portare il nostro cane senza alcun problema, anche al ristorante, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.
Ottima anche l’esperienza al ristorante dell’hotel: la colazione era abbondante e varia, e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare lì. I piatti erano davvero squisiti — complimenti sinceri allo chef!

Cons:

L’unica piccola nota negativa riguarda il parcheggio, che può risultare un po’ complicato, ma con un po’ di pazienza si riesce comunque a trovare. In ogni caso, la vista spettacolare ripaga assolutamente tutto.

Ubicación privilegiada frente a la costa
Pros:

El hotel queda en una ubicación privilegiada justo al lado del fuerte de Rapallo. Muy cerca de la estación del tren. El desayuno pudiera estar mejor en consideración al precio. Eramos un grupo de 10 personas en 6 habitaciones, algunos no consideraron las camas y las almohadas suficientemente cómodas. No obstante, en términos generales todo estuvo bien.

Beim Check-In Empfang musste ich 5-10 Minuten warten, da meine Buchung im System nicht auffindbar war. Ich fand das überhaupt nicht schlimm - allerdings tat es dem Mann am Empfang so leid, dass ich überhaupt warten musste, das er mich spontan auf das beste Zimmer (eher eine Suite mit 2 Zimmern) upgradete. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür, es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön!
