Staying there was very good experience but I am not content with the long period retainer deposit.
Pros:

whole service and place

Cons:

The hotel have not send me the $ 100.00 for the deposit and it is more than amont by now. They told me it will take 3-4 days to return this deposit.

Could’ve been better.
Pros:

I like the set up with the two different rooms.

Cons:

Place was dated and we had a spider in our room. Then we were awakened Sunday morning by the fire alarm and there was no fire!

המיקום היה מצוין. יש הרבה מסעדות סמוכות וקרוב לעלייה וירידה לכביש המהיר. הצוות היה שירותי ואדיב.החדר עצמו גדול, מרווח ונוח.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסדר.הילדים מאד נהננו מוואפל בלגי צריך לקחת בחשבון שאין ירקות .
יש בריכה וג'קוזי שפתוחים עד מאוחר.

Cons:

עלות יקרה להפעלת מכונת כביסה ומכונת הייבוש ולא היו במקום גל כביסה ומרכך.
הופתענו שלא היו כלל כלים במטבח להכנת אוכל באופן עצמאי.

Pros:

Loved how spacious it was here, clean and had a kitchen! Beds are 10/10 super comfy! Staff was very nice. If you need to stay awhile and feel like a little piece of being at home this is your place!

The property was okay

Cons:

They did not had our room ready on time. WiFi was not working at all! Breakfast bar was horrible! The elevator took 10 to 15 minutes to even open. We left one of our belongs by accident called them to claim it they a sure us they did not see anything. Their cleaning staff are liars they keep anything they see for themselves. They be stealing stuff. I was double charged by them before very sketchy. Will not stay here again!

Pros:

The indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and convenient, and the spacious room made me feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend it!

Cons:

Only think I wish is if the pool was heated and the hot tub was hotter.
