Rate a high '9', and will definitely be returning!
Pros:

Excellent King-sized mattress and spotlessly clean room. Surprised to get a suite with living room and kitchenette on the 3rd floor, which were all unexpected bonuses! Another surprise... amazingly accurate & tall, perfectly centered shower head with excellent water pressures. Another surprise... 2 tvs and each with their own, separate remote controls! Staff was so over-the top, friendly, that my spouse and I brought back some dinner for the front desk gal, who, by the way, was wearing very business-smart apparel! All service personnel were superbly; eagerly ccommodating and jumping to please. I'll be staying at a Best Western on my next stay! Can't write enough! Stay was March 24th, 2026, in Victorville, CA.

Great place to stay, easy to access off the highway, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Everything was very clean. We just needed the shower soap dispenser filled which housekeeping did for us.

Cons:

The tub needed something on the bottom of it to keep it from being slippery.

Cons:

The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky, the soles of our shoes would stick to the floor. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or creamer or paper cups. And every time we stay , there is a strong smell of someone smoking pot nearby.

Overall great experience. Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

My overall stay was better than I expected. The rose were really cleaned which I like. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great near the mall, restaurants, movie theaters, fast food places, grocery stores. Anything I could need was a short driving distance. I had a three queen room with a sofa which was nice. Good amount of space like the size of the refrigerator. The pool water was on the cold side so I just went in to the jacuzzi and it was nice. Their fitness room was pretty good when I went in it met my needs. Overall, the noise level was pretty decent. I can hear people walking above me but other than that nothing major. Nothing that would keep me up. Stayed here for the weekend and if need to be willing to stay here again.
