Pros:

Very good breakfast, helpful and happy staff.
Shuttle bus between sister hotels, town and beach.
Spacious rooms, good pool area, lovely little souvenir shop

Cons:

The 'voluntary' charitable donation that was added to the bill without explanation - happy to pay it but left an awkward feeling for questioning it.

No water for half my stay on Jan 2/3.... Over priced at £252 for the room and no water couldn't shower or brush teeth.. no refund made

Very comfortable, pleasant and memorable stay.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of variety. Good sized, clean and functional room with nice views (top floor). Great location for Rodney Bay marina.

Cons:

Not much to complain about. It’s not the most modern or plush hotel but it’s great value for money and it feels really authentic, which is preferable to it being another forgettable formulaic modern hotel.
