Roaches. Yuck

They upgraded me but

Cons:

There was a roach in the suite which i was using for my bridal suit for my wedding. They didn’t do anything to compensate me for this

We would go there again but would not use booking.com. Because it caused a very complicated check in/check out.
Pros:

Pillows, cleanliness and location. Great breakfast!

Cons:

Check in and check out did not go smoothly. Cheap toilet paper. No hooks near shower to hang towels.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, I’ve never had this problem. So I will return, hopefully they can get their boo
Pros:

Property was clean conveniently located to everything we needed.

Cons:

The property manager didn’t appear to be concerned about the fact the hotel changed my reservation prior to my arrival, without notifying me. I ended up in a single queen room, instead of a king suite. I had to stay cramped in a single room for 4 nights, very uncomfortable.

Location was great 3 to 4 miles from the mall and restaurant

Cons:

I didn't like housekeeper clean your room every other day you have to hunt them down for extra towels etc

The tub wasn’t draining well. Standing in ankle deep water when showering. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Very relaxing, cozy and welcoming! They also had the best breakfast I’ve had from a hotel!
Pros:

I love the apartment style set up of the queen bedroom I had. Very unique!

Pros:

The amount of space in the room and amenities like a large refrigerator, kitchenette, bedroom fan, USB/110v on the vanity lights, and dual coffee maker.

Cons:

Shower temperature was tepid; there was no conditioner; you could hear every door slam by the staff/guests and everything happening in the gym...and it startled us every time - especially very early in the morning. Space in the room was great, but layout was awkward (tv had to be pulled out to actually view from bed; bathroom sink was next to bed with no door, so turning on the light illuminated the bedroom, and you could hear everything happening, since there was no door; no fan in bathroom). Also, throttling back basic internet bandwidth and charging for decent speed internet - poor form.
