Comfortable stay great location with friendly & attentive staff
Pros:

I like that it’s quant & cozy . Not fluffy .
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Small elevator & didn’t work 2x in 1 week during our stay .
We were in 6 floors , flight of stairs was rough

I booked another hotel nearby since I couldn't face spending the night here.
Pros:

The whole experience was negative. Hard to put anything positive in here.

Cons:

Small dingy room that did not bear any resemblance to the photo. The room was poorly lit too and laid out in such a way it that it felt even smaller than it was

Chic location and cool rooms ;-)
Pros:

The location is amazing, one minute walk and you get a great view at the Tour Eiffel! A very nice, posh area, amazingly quiet street. The room was really spacious, breakfast was very diverse and very refreshing! We had a minor issue with our reservation and the staff was amazing in how they dealt with it, so 5 points fully deserved!

Perfect hotel
Pros:

We loved our time here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to us. Our rooms were clean and we even had a small balcony to feel very Parisian with our coffee in the mornings. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a perfect part of town that is quiet, beautiful and walkable to everything. Thank you Hotel Plaza Tour Eiffel for a wonderful trip with our family. We absolutely will be retuning here for our next trip back to Paris!

Boutique hotel near the Trocadero!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was bigger than we thought as Europe/Paris hotels are notoriously small. The hotel was a cute little boutique hotel with nice staff and a great breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for something near the Trocadero - within walking distance of one of the best Eiffel Tower views in the city. Also within walking distance of a number of cafes/restaurants, and the Arc if you don't mind walking ~20 minutes. Would stay again!

Great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower!
Pros:

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the coffee machine was great. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the nice cool room on some of the hottest days Paris has seen. The front desk was very helpful and offered suggestions of places to see and eat. They also set out transport back to the airport at the end of our trip.

Lovely little hotel with a great staff

Excellent location and staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms were cool during the heatwave, not huge but served purpose well. They were all excellent during our stay

Perfect Paris Base Near the Eiffel Tower
Pros:

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel and would happily recommend it to friends and family visiting Paris.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. Check-in was quick and effortless, and every member of the team we encountered during our stay was lovely. The member of staff who checked us out was especially helpful and made the whole process smooth and reassuring, including the secure luggage storage after checkout.

The hotel itself was spotless throughout — it could not have been cleaner. Our room was very comfortable, although a little smaller than we're used to, with limited storage space. But hey, that's Paris! Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and we managed perfectly well. The bathroom was beautifully clean, the shower was excellent, and my wife really enjoyed her baths. The heated radiator was a lifesaver for drying clothes after rainy days exploring the city.

The hotel also hosts a small gathering for guests each evening at 6 pm — complimentary wine and nibbles while guests swap stories about their day with fellow travellers and staff. A lovely touch.

The location turned out to be ideal. At first, the area seemed a little confusing, but once we got our bearings, it was perfect. There's a fantastic pastry shop right next door, plus a fruit shop, a supermarket, a chemist, and several restaurants nearby. The Trocadéro and Eiffel Tower are within walking distance, and there are two Metro stations close by, making it very easy to explore the city.

We also walked to the Arc de Triomphe and down the Champs-Élysées, and on another day, made our way back from Notre Dame via the Louvre.

We didn't use the breakfast or fitness facilities, so we can't comment on those, but overall our experience was excellent from start to finish.

A lovely hotel with exceptional people. We would definitely stay again.
