Everything OK
The negative thing is the lady in the room who is not very helpful and has an arrogant manner.
Then another thing to change is the kitchen. 4 of us were sick after one dinner.
It looks more like a school canteen than a restaurant. absolutely poor.

The staff were amazing!! The experience was so lovely! The staff made us feel like we were family! The food was amazing and the restaurant was incredible. Dishes changed every evening for a 3 course meal for only 25€ worth every penny!!! The chef was so lovely and I interacted with us and gave us an extra dessert!! ❤️ The service was at a fine dining level, the waiter staff were so helpful and gave us an awesome experience, the reception workers were both so lovely! In the evenings Paola chatted with us! She was a lovely person! ❤️ I will certainly come back! The rooms were so big and every thing was so clean! And they would tidy our rooms every day and make the beds! One of the Best Hotels in Campiglio ❄️🌲

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Camera spaziosa e pulita, un po' old style nell'arredamento. Bagno grande, scarsi i prodotti forniti per l'igiene. Colazione buona e varia. Personale molto gentile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi (circa 15 minuti) e i diversi percorsi di trekking. Un po' caro il supplemento cane.

Nella descrizione della stanza si parlava di "vista balcone", ed è stato disatteso.
Carte igienica e parte degli asciugamani mancanti. Cattivo odore nella stanza.

Note positive: arredamento del salottino e vicinanza al centro.

Hotel alle porte di Madonna di Campiglio, struttura accogliente con camere ampie che avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Riscaldamento molto alto anche di notte. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Vanha hotelli, kokolattiamatot. Huone hyvin tavanomainen, pienet asiat kiinnittivät huomiota, kuten mm. huoneesta vietiin siivouksessa lasit ja siellä oli melko kuume, ilmanvaihto huonoa. Tupakansavua tuntui ajoittain. Muuten pieni herttainen hotelli ja hlö-kunta avuliasta.

Struttura accogliente e vicina agli impianti sciistici.

Posizione ottima è eccellente buffet a colazione.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile in particolar modo la signorina Letizia e il signor Nicola.
Quando tornerò a Madonna di Campiglio terrò sicuramente in considerazione questo hotel.

Hotel non dotato di molti servizi. La cosa molto curiosa è che quando siamo arrivati non trovavano le chiavi della camera. L'albergo non si trova in una buona posizione perché sotto la strada che porta al tunnel. Dall'interno della camera non è possibile regolare la temperatura.

Bell'hotel, funzionale per gli sciatori. Non vicinissimo al centro, ma l'hotel mette a disposizione una navetta gratuita. Ambienti comuni belli, camere comode, colazione abbondante, staff gentile e disponibile, nota di merito per la sig.na Letizia.

Positivo in tutto , bel tempo bella località ottimo albergo, Albergo non centralissimo, ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio .

the hotel has really nice view to the mountains, but the food served in the hotel are not edible - total waste of money.

so we will not recommend full board at this hotel, and go outside to eat your meals.

We have been the 16-17 February 2019, in a quadruple room with our kids. Our room was very spacious and warm, with a wonderful view to the mountains. We also had free wifi that worked. The staff was very amiable and attentive on how to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and had also fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon and pastries.
Free parking is usually available directly outside of the hotel, and for a small fee (€5) you can park in the garage. the ski lift of to cinque laghi/patascoss is just a 3 minute walk, while the ski lift to the spinale is an 8 min drive, but the hotel offers a shuttle to and fro. The centre is just 10 minutes away walking.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, staff gentile e servizievole, buona posizione a 1km dal centro, cena e colazione buoni. Non paragonabile agli chalet del centro ma è un ottima soluzione.

Those guys there are EXCELLENT hostes, they do whatever they can to let you fell home, I do recommend stay there ;)

A szobák tiszták naponta takarítanak.Elhelyezkedése jó nincs messze a várostól és a Colaris felvonó is nagyon közel van.Ha nem lett volna diákcsoport a szintünkön meg a mellettünk lévő szobában teljesen elégedett lettem volna.
