Una experiencia rodeada de naturaleza con oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

Los jardines, la amabilidad del personal y capacidad de resolver nuestro problema con La habitación.
La ducha del baño es atómica es como que estuvieras debajo de una cascada y con plantas.. literal. Es muy grande.
La vista al volcán es muy bella.
Se escuchan muchos pajaritos y los bichitos.
La piscina es temperada.

Cons:

La habitación donde llegamos estaba muy retirada de las instalaciones comunes. Piscina y restaurante.
La iluminación de la habitación podría ser mucho mejor.
El televisor de la habitación está en una ubicación donde es difícil mirar sin que te duela el cuello. Las camas son muy amplias , muy amplias podía dormir en todas las direcciones pero son duras , creo que tienen sus años. Lo otro es que cuando abrimos una de ellas antes de dormir había una araña con 3 arañitas. Nos cambiaron de habitación y la última de las noches llovió tan fuerte que en una de las vigas tenía mucha humedad y callejón gotitas en una de las camas mientras dormíamos. Esto no lo avisamos y se nos olvidó.

Precios de Alimentación Abusivos
Pros:

El alojamiento muy bien y las habitaciones con mini piscina privada es muy recomendado

Cons:

Las habitaciones quedan algo lejos te dices que te llevan en carrito siempre y esto no es así me quedé esperando 3 veces que tuve que caminar y los precio es la comida es EXCESIVO precio americano te cobran $14 por un cóctel lo demás muy bien pero los precios es abusivo.

Nice but old facilities
Pros:

I liked the location, it's far enough from the busy city of la fortuna so it's really quiet and it's a 15 minute drive to the city.
The staff was really nice.

Cons:

The place is really old and the facilities are dated, feels like they were not renovated for the last 40 years.
We saw that they are now starting to renovate some of the units so maybe in the future it'll be better.

Ouh la la … au 21 / 22 mai 2026:
1) les logements : sur un total de 47 logements :39 logements étaient en rénovation et 8 seulement ne l’étaient pas bref des 7 heures du matin vous êtes réveillés non pas par la faune sauvage les oiseaux bref l’image vendue par l’établissement mais par des travaux .. bref tranquilité 0/10
2) Le personnel peu cooperatif 45 mn pour répondre à la messagerie whatsapp : professionnalisme 3/10
3) La villa spacieuse mais pas d’eau en bouteille pas d’eau filtrée il y 4 capsules de café britt pour réponse vous avez droit à un ; "bah buvez l’eau du robinet" (vous avez de grande chance de vous ruiner les vacances sauf à gober en permanence de l’imodium et du spasfon) ou achetez une bouteille d’eau à l’accueil (USD 6 la bouteille de 1,5l .. la blague) = accueil 3/10
3bis) La villa enfin celle que vous voyez sur la photo vendeuse est la 405, la 406 est paraît il la meilleure et on vous refilera la 404 bref niveau intimité c’est zéro .. si vous voulez profitez en mode Adam & Ève ou Adam & Adam ou Ève & Ève bah c’est juste loupé
4) si vous cherchez termales sur booking vous trouverez cet hôtel alors qu’il n’y a aucune sources thermales a la différence des autres hôtels et les photos savamment prises induisent que la piscine est thermale … publicité mensongère 10/10
À noter la deco du jacuzzi de la 406 … on dirait l’image d’une colonscopie vous trouvez pas ?
