The overall look of the hotel and the staff was very nice.
I raited a 5 overall because of the rooms were not that clean. There was dust build up on top of headboards and giant oiled hand marks all over the headboard. Those should have been wiped off. And toilet had hair on it and didn't looked wiped down . Other than that the cleaners should do a better job the staff was amazing.
Location and lobby were nice.
Upon checking in, rooms blinds wouldn’t open so the room was dark. I found a pair of woman’s dirty underwear on the couch. Seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned.
I was moved to another room and the room had a missing mirror and the toilet seat was broken.
Used to be a great hotel. Becoming run down.

Moldy curtains in the shower tv didn’t always work Room smelled musty I paid 1200 for three nights! Absolutely not worth it!!!!! I received flowers at the front desk I was told by the front seat they couldn’t bring them to the 2nd floor! Why not???? I will not be returning

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel. Right off the bat we were greeted by Dave at the front desk, he was amazing! He made us feel welcome and his professional but yet relaxed approach really made this stay special. We go to our room and find out someone had unplugged the refrigerator and water had leaked from the melting freezer part; he corrected the problem immediately. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained and comfortable, the best stop of the whole week. If management reads this, you have a true gem in Dave.
We stayed here two years ago, and it was amazing. The property is under new ownership and has gone downhill severely. All the furniture in the lobby was so stained and dirty you didn’t want to sit in any of the chairs or couches. Lot of burned-out lights in the lobby, only one elevator worked. The bar didn’t have any beers on tap like they did before, I ordered a Gin & Tonic and requested a lime as well. The bartender didn’t want to give me one and wanted to save them for the corona beers because they ran out of limes. The room and hotel lobby smelled like a urinal cake. The floor in our room was filthy we had to wear socks, and they were black on the bottom from the carpeting! The bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling and the floor was slick as hell from whatever “cleaner” they used. Just walking into the bathroom would leave dirty tracks on the tile floor. We were there for 3 nights, room was only cleaned once even though I asked the maid to please clean our room and provide new towels and empty our trash. I had to grab towels off their cart, plastic cups, coffee & toilet paper. The manager at the front desk was rude when we checked in even though he let 4 people in front of us check in early, he told me check isn’t till 4 and to come back. This was at 2 pm!! Place has gone downhill under new ownership!!!! Pathetic!!!

It had double king beds in a room.
The pool area was unclean, with dirty, sticky tables surrounding it. The housekeeper never came to clean our room during our five-day stay, and the staff explained she was ill. According to the hotel rules, they will send housekeeping in after 3 days. I had to request a trash bag and clean towels after the 3rd day. They only serve buffet style breakfast if 80% occupied. Otherwise there is a sign on the bar indicating they can make you a breakfast. To find out it was the person behind the desk checking people in was the person. One morning, the breakfast had been completely wiped out by the time I arrived, with no staff around to replenish it, so we went out to eat instead. We had dinner there once, but several menu items were unavailable. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich that was overly salty—no idea what happened there. Awful. My family’s room had terrible water pressure in the shower; when we asked staff to check it, they simply turned the dial on the shower head. That was their solution, but the water pressure remained a trickle.

Pool was dirty, cloudy, hair wads, plastic wrappers in the pool, headboards had dust that fell on pillows.

For.a indoor pool.. it was really cold
My family was able to have 2 king size beds in one room. For a family of four with parents and children to worked out well.
We never saw a housekeeper during our stay and had to request clean towels and a bag for our trash. The hotel explained the housekeeper was ill. The buffet only operates if the hotel is at 80% occupancy, and when it was available, it was picked over and never restocked. You could order from a menu, but the front desk clerk had to go into the kitchen to make breakfast, which raised concerns about trained personnel handling food. When we ordered dinner, some menu items were unavailable, and the grilled sandwich we did get was overly salty. The pool area tables and chairs needed cleaning, with crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. The fridge in the room had a broken tray inside, and the coffee Keurig cups were never replenished. The front desk even tried to charge us for a few replacements. Lastly, the shower head in room 128 had no water pressure. I asked on behalf of my family, and they sent a maintenance man who adjusted the shower head settings. Pathetic. Still, there was no water pressure.
