Location
Said there was a pool but it wasn’t available
Parking, shower needed a new shower curtain. Only one trash bag in the room
Decent I was a little taken back about Charing to meal to the room or a credit card
No valet parking I am handicap therefore needed extra help
I was not told about the breakfast. The location was perfect.
The parking garage process was not explained; therefore, I received a $74 parking garage Invoice/ticket.
I liked how easy and quick Check in was.
The vent in my room closed really loudly when the air would turn off. It literally slammed shut every time the heat would turn off that I could barely sleep. It would wake me up in the middle of my sleep.
Convenient downtown location
Pool was closed despite being advertised and promoted as being open. We wanted to cancel the second night as we were in town for a basketball tournament and lost the first round so didn’t need to stay. We booked thru bookings.com and they were fine canceling but front desk had to approve. Front desk would not allow us to cancel so we were forced to stay an additional night. There was no housekeeping service - our beds were unmade and there were no fresh towels. When I complained to the front desk they said they would tell the housekeeping manager and send someone right up. No one ever came to make up our room.
Great rooms, good food, nice staff, reliable staff, great prices, and beautiful location to visit. We stay here all the time. Asia, front desk agent, is great.
love the ambiance and friendly staff. the room was perfect. clean and comfortable, amazing view of the nye fireworks right from our bed.

Ottima colazione. Una delle migliori fatte. Personale che gestiva la colazione molto gentile, professionale e simpatico.
Non ho nulla da segnalare.
The state of the hotel is awful. Starting from the lobby with ripped, stained filthy carpets to the hallways and rooms with dirty peeling wallpaper, stained lampshades and scotch tape all over the ceilings from past parties perhaps? I was shocked to see a curtain in the shower which was also dirty. Sink and bathtub were not clean and both filled up with water when in use getting clogged up. Both our friends and us were freezing in the room every day no matter how high we put the thermostat it blew cold air. All the furniture had seen better days being all banged up and worn. I was there four days and not once did I happen to see a cleaning person or cart. I’m not sure why a hotel of any caliber wouldn’t have a safe. And felt very uncomfortable sharing the elevator with many people in hospital gowns. I have to say the view was incredible and the bed was very comfortable.
Tiffany from the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and worked with my wife and I on a reservation. It is rare to find this type of customer service these days. It just must be why I choose Hilton nowadays. Thank you Tiffany for being so kind on our reservation!
All the staff members were very helpful. The room was clean and had a great view.
The shower curtain needed to be fixed and the water pressure was not good. Anytime someone flushed the toilet the pressure was very slow.
Room was clean.
Bathroom was spacious, several towels as well as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion.
At the reception, availability of coffee and tea all day. Ice cube machine on every floor was nice.
Waterfront close by. Several sights can be accessed on foot. Supermarket also close.
Disappointing:
Furniture has witnessed some tear and wear.
There was microwave, but no eating utensils, not even a fork or spoon.
There's an espresso machine, but no electric kettle to boil plain water.
No safe, no slippers, no bathrobe.
Breakfast was a let-down the first two days, no buffet. About 8 plate-choices, one was yoghurt, one a sandwich, one French toast, and then waffles, pancakes, eggs (with sausage, potatoes). No toast or croissants or fruit. The only coffee choice was filter coffee.
The buffet on the weekend was better, but again, nothing special.
Expected more -such a breakfast is below par, I have had much better even at three star hotels.
On one day, the server informed there would be a fire drill during breakfast time and there would be no time to eat. We insisted we would eat but it took a lot pressure to get her to serve nonetheless; the service was very slow (on all days, but particularly on that day).
After all, the drill was right after breakfast but on the side of the hotel – why would a surprise drill be organized during this specific time, AND without any extension of the breakfast time (I had asked, there would be none).
Staff was not helpful :
Upon check in, receptionist insisted the booking was without breakfast- it took some pushing to get him to take a better look.
No help at all when asked about using an adaptor that would not fit (surprisingly, the hotel does not have any to give guests to use); no advice offered when asked about suggestions what to visit on foot.
I loved the location as it was perfect!
The hours for food was weird and often closed too early and/or not available. None of the ice machines did not work which was unacceptable.
The location
Sticky door (had to shoulder it open), rusty fixtures, small old tv
Nice location and friendly staff
Not the cleanest
