Superb Service from restaurant staffing
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 2wks for a business trip and I was treated so kindly! The staff at the restaurant treated me exceptionally well specifically Sophia and Ernesto , my food was perfect every time and service was always a 10/10. My server in the morning, I apologize I forgot her name but she was the sweetest kindest person. One of her arms was in a sling and that never stopped the superb service she gave me every morning! I will truly miss the restaurant staffing. Thank you Hilton for having me!

Good place with friendly staff but the outside noise was was excessive

Bad, bad bed
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained. However, my main desire is a good night's sleep. It was the worst bed I have had in years and not what I expected from a Hilton. It was hard and uncomfortable, At about $250 for one night, I expected much better. I used a Best Western for about half the price for the next night I needed and had a much better bed, And sleep. I might add that my Kiurig did not work, but that was minor compared to the bed.

Pros:

Clean and a good assortment of snacks in lobby

Cons:

The room was cold and the heating/ cooling was hard to regulate. In room coffees were not refreshed.

Pros:

I believe this is the second time me and my family stay here and as always the staff here are welcoming and super warm. I like how they always make sure you're having a good stay and if there is anything we need they would provide it .
