The fact that the balconies were all connected ie, the balcony was continuous as there were no partitions between room. A definite security issue.

Amazing apartment
Pros:

Amazing apartment, especially when we found the huge kitchen and additional living room. Exceptional views, especially when the rain cleared 🤣🤣! All we needed and more, great value for money

Pleasant, comfortable and suitable for our needs.
Pros:

The pool was warm and location ideal for the ferry. Room had a view over buildings to harbour. Good food - dinner and breakfast. Staff were very pleasant. The breakfast available from 7 am meant we could meet the ferry in time for the first sailing.

Cons:

Lack of staff at dinner meant the bar was not open. Drinks were available but took a while to sort.

Handy location, short distance to bars, restaurants etc. Parking on site excellent. Staff great.
Pros:

On second floor, view good but slightly blocked by magnolia tree inside Edit grounds. Room looses 60% of Harbour view.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

This was our second stay. It’s in a great location, perfect place to stay before catching the boat the next morning to start walking the Queen Charlotte Track.

Close to waterfront
Pros:

Great location and waterviews. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Couldn't get the TV to work. Called reception several times but no answer..Our room was bakingly hot in the afternoon as it faced west. The balcony had no shade so wasn't usable. Room had no air-conditioning which was surprising.

Lage super mit Blick auf den Hafen.
Zimmer sauber und schön. Freundliches Personal. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant.
Preis fand ich aber etwas zu teuer, auf den Bildern wirkt es neuer und schöner, als es in Wirklichkeit dann ist.

Stay was OK and the staff were responsive to our issue, but that room 111 shouldn’t be used
Cons:

Mattresses were terrible! Sat on the beds and there was no support, hitting the base board. Woke up with a sore back. Spoke to reception who said they were aware of the issue. Well, why did they rent out the room? We were changed to another room where the beds were marginally better. Not good enough, considering that our friends had a wonderful room and comfy beds. We were there for 3 nights, and would have expected better.
