Great location with easy walk to restaurants and shops
Pros:

Very central to the township. Clean, tidy and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

No lifts to the upper floors they did offer to help with bags though.

Very clean and apartment was set out great with great views

Cons:

There was one window that didn’t have a curtain to cross over at night would be to bad but there was a outside light 💡 from a different apartment that was on all night ,also need power points either side of bed and chest of drawers to put sleep apnoea machines on
Also the continental breakfast was Luke warm and chef wouldn’t do poached eggs there was only warm scrambled eggs I did ask nicely

The room was nice and adequate for our needs.
Pros:

The two beds in the room were very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that the restaurant and bar were not operating. This could have been mentioned on the website - it is apparently the "quiet season" we were informed by staff.

Harbour view
Pros:

The location was perfect, requested an upgrade so we could have a harbour view, well worth the small extra.

Cons:

Very limited crockery, perhaps a choice of tea cups with plate, other than just a heavy mug would be nice.

Pros:

Balcony room spacious and comfortably with contemporary presentation. Very clean.

Cons:

Reception staff could have been more welcoming. According to the Edit Picton website and booking.com emails there was a happy hour and dinner available. We booked for dinner only to find upon arrival there was no happy hour or dinner. The hotel needs to update its website and provide the correct information as does booking.com. Misinformation is not acceptable.

Very disappointing, the lack of soundproofing meant it feel far below our expectations
Pros:

The position was good for walking around town and catching the ferry the next day.

Cons:

There was no soundproofing. We heard every door that closed, people's conversations outside on their balconies, people walking above us. We even heard the announcements on the ferry.
