Great views
Pros:

Edit , room 301 has great views of the sounds, marina and ferry berths so why don’t you incorporate that in the name of the Hotel. Edit misses an opportunity to sell itself by including its views in its name. Edit sounds view a hotel ? The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious with great views. Breakfast was plentiful and got us through the day without having to have lunch. We will stay again if we can remember the name of the Hotel, use to be Boat Shed Hotel.

Cons:

Make sure you register your car number plate to avoid a parking ticket. Parking is on site but it is monitored by an outside agency to Previn people not stay using it.

Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade for a small sum. Already the fee was modest, and I had not been expecting much, I was astounded at the beautiful generous room supplied at so little cost. We were also offered a discounted buffet breakfast, which we took advantage of. Plenty of variety. We left well rested and with full bellies. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast was great, but could have been hotter. But then, we were on the tail end of the breakfast session. Certainly not moaning about it, it was lovely.
The overhead nozzle on the shower was dripping colder water, while showering with the main nozzle. Again, the showers are roomy and there was room to move the nozzle to step out of the way of the overhead showerhead.
