As soon as we came in to our hotel room the first thing we noticed was the stains all over the furniture. Couch? White stains. Ceiling? Water stain. Chair? Weird wet dark stain. Other than that I thought the room was okay but that was until the next day. We had no clean towels because room service simply did not show up. It was terrible. The only thing saving it were the tasty Mickey waffles for breakfast.
We liked that at least the bed was comfortable and the sheets, not the comforter was clean.
We did not like that it was so outdated that everything had issues. The comforter was stained, the shower head and bathroom rusted, the carpet and upholstery was stained horribly in and out of the room, the toilet didn't work correctly, the breakfast felt like a soup kitchen with beyond subpar food, and the parking lot didn’t feel safe to leave your car.
My kids liked the Mickey Mouse waffles
Had troubles checking in. Room smelled like mildew. Shower took several minutes to warm up and would clog easily. Only had one very small trash can in the entire room. Room door lock was broken. One of the queen beds was broken. Bed would tilt when you sit on it. Charged for parking, but half the spots were taken up by buses. Eggs at breakfast was rubbery. There was a leak in the ceiling in the breakfast area. Charged me double for parking at checkout. (Was able to get that fixed though)
Location
The room are not pleasing, carpet, there are broken parts of the room, smelly.
Close to all attractions. I liked that I could buy tickets right in your lobby.
Needs some updates,
Well, let me just start off that I have stayed at plenty of Hilton properties, but this one goes over and beyond I mentioned about a birthday there was balloons and alittle banner as well as a bag with some snacks for us wishing my daughter a happy birthday I’ve never had that experience, but let me also just say the room was absolutely the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed at any hotel. The food in the morning was nice and warm and definitely edible from mini omelettes to scrambled eggs to bagels, Mickey waffles, fruits, coffee, tease, hot, chocolates,
So let me just say thank you so much for having such an amazing place to stay at when we go to Disney or any of the
theme parks in the area definitely will be coming back
we went there for 1 night march 1, 2026. I can't believe that it's a Hilton. The hotel had no hand soap , and the manager said it was on "backorder"...can you believe that? You mean you couldn't get some money out of petty cash and go buy some hand soap for your customers? 1 out of 2 elevators was broken, no hand soap, the carpet looked like it need cleaning and the bathroom fan was broken..unbelieveable ! this is supposed to be a Hilton, not a Motel 8 ! Will never go there again...
Good location, friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good.
Close to park and Walmart, gas, pizza! Great breakfast served til 10am! Also noon check out!
For three days prior to our stay, I was trying to contact the hotel via telephone. The call never went through. I called the main Hilton number they couldn’t get through either. When we finally arrived, Benjamin at the front desk, who was very nice and professional nonchalantly said oh yeah, our phone system has been down for a few days. No phone in the entire hotel. In 2026 things can be done to get your phone service working quickly. See you at least have a number.
That was just the beginning. We arrive before check-in time, hoping to be able to check in early. When the room wasn’t ready, we decided to put bathing suits on in the bathroom and sit in the hot tub and by the pool for a while. After about half an hour or 40 minutes, Benjamin came out to tell us our room was ready. We gathered our things and went up to the room. I want to share that we were also traveling with a special needs young adult.
When we got to the room, started to unpack only to realize the area by the air conditioner was flooded. Not just wet but squishy. I went back down and explained the problem. Benjamin said we would need to gather our things and check out of that room before he could put us in another room. I explained it that was completely unacceptable. If he wanted to come up and supervise the room exchange that’s fine but we weren’t turning the keys into one room before he gave us keys to another room, Which he accommodated.
We got situated in the new room, which was an upgrade to a suite. many things in that room were nonfunctional including the desk chair being a safety hazard.
By the end of the day, our air conditioner was not working. Water had collected on the floor near that air conditioner when I addressed it with the front desk staff, it was clear to me they were aware that the hotel had problems that needed to be addressed.
I have stayed 15 Hampton inns in the past three years and this was by far the worst.
If it wasn’t for the good breakfast, I would have given it a one versus a two. Housekeeping also did a poor job, leaving trash in the closet and only vacuuming and mopping the center.
Very nice room very large, good breakfast queen, facilities, friendly staff
Staff was great. Overall property was really nice. Breakfast was great.
Requesting a room with a bath tub but the tub was nasty. Obviously had been repaired and not a very good job done.
On a recent visit my husband and I stayed here and found it rather disappointing. The hotel is not dirty but very much in need of an up grade. The bath tub is a patchwork of fixes that didn't work, window shades broken and torn, sofa that is thread bare and so on and so forth. Everything is just old and tired
On the upside, the free breakfast was well supplied, the staff polite and enough parking. However, you are paying for that.
I guess this was a nice place in its day. But that day has passed. But doubt they feel the need to do anything as their proximity to Disney drives occupancy. Furniture in the room is dated and worn. Nicks and scuffs on all wood. But the biggest thing is only one USB port in the room. These folks need to check the calendar and see what era we are living in. Better take your own plug in charger if checking into this place. At least the hotel seems clean enough
A very comfortable stay. Room was great, breakfast was great. Many restaurants near by. Highly recommend! Would stay here again!
