Every morning the breakfast was the same for all 4 morning during my stay. Breakfast open at 06h30 but at 07h30 staff was still bring some food out. Egg station opens later than 06h30 which delayed us

For a 4 star hotel I expected more. The room was comfortable and spacious but this hotel needs more and better facilitie

The room was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

For a 4 Star place you would expect better facilities. There is no pool and when the housekeeping refreshes your room they do clean properly. There was a dead fly on the table and after the room was cleaned the fly was still there. The drinking water is not replenished daily neither are the tea/coffee and milk.

Enjoyed the stay , just disappointed by there hotel card
Pros:

Very clean , it’s in a good location, The mall & restaurant are very close to the hotel, so no need to drive or request, just a walking distance, there staff is friendly

Cons:

The hotel card to our room , sometimes it didn’t want to unlock our door to our room and we had to run down to reception about 3 times , same issue
