The room was clean.
The communication to the staff to guest about the closed pool. Breakfast service the first morning.
The broken sidewalk. Hard for wheeled bags and tripping hazard.
We checked in around 2:45 pm. After a long drive from Pear tree in St. Louis the granddaughters wanted to go swimming. We got changed for swimming and went to the pool. Closed. We went to the desk and asked when it would be open. The man at the desk had no clue that it was closed. A lady from the office came out and she had no idea of the closing. They invited us to go to the Embassy down the street. Not what we planned. We went to the other hotel to swim. They want to charge me to park but change after she was informed of the problem. The pool area had a odor that was no terrible but offensive. We swam maybe an hour. Now I have to take 3 wet people back to the place we was staying. New car leather seats.
That killed the plans for the night so we change and did things that night that we planned for the next day.
Granddaughters not happy.
I did get 30 dollar back.
I dont like to pay for parking at a place I staying at.
The second morning Breakfast was much better service we did not have to wait for food like our first morning.
Over all out of 1- 10 I would give you 6.
Our stay in St.Louis at the Pear tree would get a 10.
There is NO motivation for me to stay at or recommend the hotel.
The weekend of the 19- 20 of September is are family reunion. 6 families have booked at a different location.

Had to pay for parking. Never had to before.
The rooms are clean and spacious.

There was a couple of places that there was holes in the concrete where a misstep would have been bad

Breakfast was good. Room was pleasant. Appreciated the free airport shuttle and pet friendly room.
Staff very helpful
They knew about my dogs and even though we were a very late check in (11:40 pm) and left by 10:30am. I still have to pay almost $400! They never said anything about a non refundable pet deposit and I never signed anything but they just randomly tacked it on without telling me
Purtroppo la struttura era in manutenzione e mi hanno ricollocato in albero con caratteristiche simili.
Il fatto di non essere stato avvisato preventivamente. Quindi arrivare al check in e dover riprendere l'auto per cambiare struttura.

Overly fragranced in the room...like they were trying to compensate for other smells. Water temperature for sink and shower were not reliable. Bedroom did not have it's own fan for temperature control.
Difficult to maneuver luggage carts across curbs from car to building. Dishwasher broken. Front desk staff working on dos antiquated software unable to.process a receipt.
We didn’t get the chance to stay at this property because it over booked. They did provide us a new location at a different hotel - but we were told we’d get a refund for the room at the original property & they would cover the night cost at the property they were sending us to.. we have yet to be refunded as promised…

Very nice, very clean. Had a room with kitchenette and it was well stocked. Bed was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice indoor pool and the exercise room was also very clean and nice- as well.
First night we were in a room where the A/C was not working, but they gave us a new room with working A/C that was larger and nicer at an even better rate for the next night.
The water is too soft for me, it's hard to tell when the soap is washed off when it's like that
