Prima hotel,dichtbij de airport
Pros:

Hotel zit aan een drukke weg,waar je niet veel van hoort,dicht bij het vliegveld, en voor ons was het zwembad heerlijk om in de ochtend voor vertrek nog even te ontspannen.

Cons:

Hotel is echt aan vernieuwing toe,beetje uitgeleefd maar voor 1 nacht prima.

Nous l'avions choisi pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport et franchement nous n'avons pas été déçus.
Bien qu'il soit le long d'une voie rapide, nous n'avons pas à aucun moment été ennuyés par le bruit.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le cadre est sympa.

Lo que más nos gustó definitivamente fue la amabilidad del personal. Desde el primer momento que nos recibieron en el aeropuerto hasta cada interacción en recepción, mantenimiento y con los meseros, el trato fue excelente.

Fuimos por unas competencias de Colorguard y cada vez que nos acercamos para utilizar las facilidades del hotel para practicar y organizarnos, siempre estuvieron disponibles para ayudarnos. Nunca hubo un “no” para nosotros, y eso hizo una gran diferencia para todo el grupo.

Queremos agradecer especialmente a Kevin, Henry, Alexa y a Daniel (“Berlín” para nosotros 😊) por su atención, amabilidad y cariño con todo el grupo en todo momento. De verdad hicieron nuestra estadía aún más especial. ¡Gracias por todo!

Como sujerencia trabajar con la luminacion nocturna en la habitación con cortinas que obstruyan u obstaculizan la entrada de la claridad.

A parte de eso, realmente no tenemos alguna queja sobre nuestra estadía. La utilización de las facilidades adicionales fue excelente y el trato de todo el personal siempre fue amable, atento y muy profesional.

Como parte de nuestro viaje por las competencias de Colorguard, en varias ocasiones tuvimos que salir del hotel y ellos siempre buscaron la manera de ayudarnos con el transporte, coordinando sus chóferes para llevarnos y recogernos. Eso nos dio mucha tranquilidad y comodidad durante toda la estadía.

Además, se notaba el compromiso del personal en hacer que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bien atendidos en todo momento. La hospitalidad, disposición y atención a los detalles hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva para todo el grupo.

- Fernseher hat sich nicht mit dem Internet verbunden, sodass wir kein Netflix etc. gucken konnten. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt und es wurde sofort jemand geschickt. Dieser meinte dann er würde das klären und in 5-10min wiederkommen. Er ist nie wieder aufgetaucht.
