Nice spacious rooms, beautiful grounds well maintained with swimming pool and gym. Only concern was the morning breakfast. Restaurant opens at 6 AM and would not let us dine until 6 AM. Shuttle leaves at 6:15. And you had to walk through the grounds to get to the shuttle so you only had 10 minutes to have breakfast. Even though everything was ready prior to 6 AM they would not let us in to have breakfast. We had to wait until exactly 6 AM as per the management directive. We were told disappointing in that regard that no consideration was provided to those catching the shuttle to come in and get breakfast before departing

This is the perfect place to stay your first night in Costa Rica. Minutes from the airport. Free shuttle till 11:45 pm. Lovely swimming pool and gardens surround a paradisical restaurant. Range of rooms from small budget solo rooms to family suites.

The room is spacious and comfortable, although it needs some updates due to strong signs of use.
The shower in the bathroom is not closed so it sinks all the flor after showering.
The breakfast is very good with some variety.
The location only suits if you want to stay near the airport. It takes some time (around 30 minutes) to get to San José.
For a Radison brand hotel, it needs a big general refurbishment.

The staff would not allow my visiting family members to go up to room!

When we checked in, it was a rainy day and my 3-year-old daughter slipped and fell right at the front door of the reception area. There were no caution signs to warn guests, and no one apologized afterward. We also booked a family room since we had large luggage and two small kids, but they placed us on the third floor with no elevator available — it was really inconvenient to climb the stairs. On top of that, our room key stopped working three times, and my partner had to keep going back down to the reception to get it fixed. Overall, the experience didn’t feel very family-friendly, especially for families with young children.

I think we could have gotten a better place for that price for Room was not pleasing kind of old outside was dirty patio they then moved us to a much better room

Staff were helpful and even packed us breakfast since we had an early flight.

Breakfast is good, you have options to choose from. Few amenities around the area, Uber is easy to use to get around.
