Exceptional staff, beautiful rooms and an unforgettable breakfast
Pros:

Our room was beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean, and the location close to the lake is fantastic. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming, from Aris at reception, who took such wonderful care of us, to the hotel manager and everyone else we met.

It is also the little things that make a difference – being welcomed with a drink, always having water or an apple available, and simply feeling that nothing is ever a problem.

And the breakfast! Coming to this hotel and skipping breakfast would be a big mistake. The buffet itself is quite small, but everything is excellent, and then there is the à la carte menu – pancakes, Bircher muesli, porridge, different egg dishes, Eggs Benedict with salmon and much more. Freshly prepared smoothies, excellent hot chocolate, farm eggs and fresh fruit of your choice. Whatever we asked for, nothing was a problem.

The quality of the food and the way everything was prepared was honestly 10/10. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had.

A beautiful hotel, but it was the people, the attention to detail and that incredible breakfast that made our stay truly special.

Вместо люкса нам дали мансарду, которую мы не хотели и сказали, что это и есть люкс. На фото люкс был с высокоими потолками и без балок.

أول شيء اتساع الأجنحة … والتكييف ثم التكييف ( يوليو 2026) .. ثانياً طاقم العمل في الفندق عملوا لنا ترقية و خدمتهم فوق الرائعة شيء ماشفت مثله في اوروبا وعموماً سويسرا تتميز بهذا الشيء ترحيب ودفء وتشعر انك في بيتك ويبحثون عن حلول ودايماً جاهزين للمساعدة والابتسامة على وجوه الكل شعرت اني في بيتي ..

An amazing experience! Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with everything you could think of.
The whole hotel is amazing.
The staff was wonderful & always helpful.
The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't strong enough for the heatwave in Zurich, but we were given a good fan.
The beds were soft for our taste.
