séjour toujours très agréable , avec le sourire à l'arrivée et en repartant .
Pros:

j'ai beaucoup aimé : l'accueil, la localisation, la literie . le personnel est très a l'écoute et très souriant . c'est toujours un plaisir de rester dans cet hôtel

Old-charm chic (with both the good and the bad of that meaning)
Pros:

Pretty good location, very quiet, comfortable, lots of space. Staff was nice and helpful, but were limited in what they could do given the circumstances (see below)

Cons:

Technology didn’t work smoothly or it was overly complicated in places where there are simpler solutions today (eg using a special super slow and buggy tablet to call the front desk instead of WhatsApp or a regular phone; a “regular” key apartment door that has a micro chip that intermittently works, meaning one can only sometimes lock/unlock the door, whereas a regular keycard system would have sufficed and also be able to provide multiple keycards to each guest). The lights in the apartment were old/outdated or not enough causing poorly lit rooms or difficulty reading. For a 5 star hotel I expect much more, especially that a 3 star hotel I stayed previously in had all these basic things figured out perfectly.

Also, for a 5-star hotel I was expecting a swimming pool or a hot tub or sauna, or a well stocked bar but no such thing.

Gut gelegen und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
Pros:

Wir erhielten ein upgrade in eine Suite mit Dachterrasse . Grossartig.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Vorhänge und Tapeten etwas zerschlissen.

בסך הכל נהננו יש להוסיף אלמנטים נוספים לאורחים לפעילות.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד .אדיבות של הצוות חדר גדול ומרווח שכלל חדר שינה וסלון . מקלחת גדולה ומאובזרת.

Cons:

היה חסר לי שאין ספא במלון. מלון ברמה הזו היה צפוי שיהיה גקוזי סאונה ובריכה מחוממת.
