Unit quite dated. Cockroaches in bathroom. Very stuffy as couldnt leave doors open as no screens

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, great location, room was awesome 👌 we really didn't see staff much but the few we did see were friendly.
The restaurant attached to resort out the front was absolutely sensational 👏 definitely the highlight ✨️

Cons:

Our only complaint well not really a complaint more a suggestion was with the private spa in the room, should really have a step rail to assist with getting in or out as someone who was recovering from leg surgery it was extremely hard to get in and out i wouldn't have been able to if my husband wasn't there to assist and elderly people would also really struggle could prevent an issue if someone slips trying to get out by simply adding a hand rail but otherwise highly rate and recommend

Overall great accommodation... a new mattress would make all the difference.
Pros:

Room 402: Great unit with plenty of space. Even view to the beach & glimpse of sunset through the trees. Room was clean & was in a great location to get to beach & local shops. The Manager was awesome in assisting with trip to Fraser Island. Wi-Fi was great. Great water pressure in shower & spa a bonus.

Cons:

Stayed in room 402...Mattress has passed its used by date. Could do with block-out curtains from the balcony as the room lights up at night from all the street lights.

Pros:

A lovely quiet well furnished apartment on the esplanade. well equipped kitchen and very comfy bed. The parking was easy to access and the trolleys available for us to take our luggage up in the lift to the apartment made access easy for us as an elderly couple!
Close to great cafes, restaurants and long beach walks plus a sweet resident dog called Teddy to greet us each day. Just perfect.

Very good accomodation but poor service at reception.
Pros:

The room was more than expected. Very spacious.

Cons:

Bedside lamps need fixing. Shades very wobbly. When we came to book our visit to K'gari at reception, the young lady didn't know what to do and then sent us on a wild goose chase down to the ferry terminal where we couldn't book the tour we wanted so ended up booking another one. Reception area was very untidy and cluttered . It was disappointing. However when I realised I had left something behind they retrieved it and kept it safe for my return.

Very enjoyable…will book again in the future.
Pros:

The unit was very spacious with a lovely outlook. Pool was brilliant as it is heated and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We had only booked two nights as we had not been to Hervey Bay before, however we would have stayed longer if there wasn’t already a booking for the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There was some wear and tear and some areas that could have been cleaned a little better. Eg: shutters in the ensuite and the bottom of the glass shower. But overall the property was very clean.
