A bit of attention to detail would have made it 5 star instead of 3 star.
Pros:

Location and lovely spa cious apartments.

Cons:

The external patio areas had not been cleaned for a long time, I reported it but nothing was done. We would have liked to spend time and eat outdoors, but it was not at all inviting.
Place mats for dining table had not been cleaned and had many food stains.
The young lady at reception seemed to have little idea of anything and appeared to be more interested in the young man sitting at her desk with her.

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. All facilities were clean and well presented.
Restaurant close to units was great for dinner on arrival. A selection of drinks in the room available for purchase was
really appreciated.

Cons:

We could not fault our stay. Security to the building and parking was great, made us feel very reassured.

Nice Place! With two good restaurants a few feet away!

THE ROOM WAS in very nice condition and well supplied.

Cons:

Having missed the note upon our arrival about internet service login and password and we referred to the Master book in the room which explains all things about the apartment. The information was old and we called an out dated phone number for the WIFI service for that unit. Unfortunately because of this we had NO WIFI on our first day and had to message the staff to have them tell us how to get WIFI service. Please make sure the information in the Master Book is up to date.

Pros:

Spacious apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great location on the Esplanade. Close to cafes and restaurants. Loved the ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool.

Cons:

No issues. A bbq would be a great addition to this apartment.

A beautiful apartment

Cons:

Just had an issue with getting oven and hotplates to work. They had been turned off at the main switch board. Rectified quickly after reporting to reception after hours .
