Cons:

I requested a room at the front - near the beach, and a late check-out. When I arrived I was told I didn't have a beach-facing room and to request one next time. When they checked, they saw that I had made a request, but it was too late by then. Our room had no view sadly and the bedroom was right above where the bins were collected which meant being woken up at 6 by the noise (I am not a heavy sleeper). Also, the beds were very uncomfortable (way too soft) and the pillows were high and hard. Personal choice on in that regard though.

Cons:

Had to ask for a towel for pool ? When reception is not manned all day not great as needed to wait until next day when was manned to get towel .

Pros:

Our appt was lovely, the beds were reasonably comfortable. The main bedroom was a kingbed. The single beds were ok. The bathrooms were roomy. The water pressure was quite low. Only one could shower at a time. The verandah was very usable. It was quiet and private and well equipped. The pool was amazing beautiful clean and heated. The best pool I ever been in.

Cons:

The kitchen was not appointed well. Few coffee cups, we bought some. No containers for storage the fridge was a bit dodgy sometimes defrosting other times getting cold. The couch was not really very comfortable. The bedroom doors on the master rattled continuously with the wind. We like fresh air so left the lounge room doors open.

Relaxing, quiet and amazing.
Pros:

We had the pool access apartment and it was amazing. The apartment itself was very spacious with laundry and heaps of spare blankets and pillows provided. Pool as always was amazing.

Cons:

The only downside would have to have been the mattress on the bed. It was kinda hard and we woke up a tad sore.
