Location and staff
Toilet sit too low, beds were uncomfortable.
We've stayed here several times, beds are usually fairly comfortable.
I would still recommend it.
The location was right by the road. It was very loud during all hours of the day. But, you are in the heart of all the things to do.
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and it was very dated.

People need to walk away from building when they smoke not everyone smokes

The walkway by the breakfast room filthy. The elevators old, dirty and stinky.

Locations was amazing. Convenient and close to everything.
The rooms are dated and could use some renovation and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Also need 4 pillows per bed instead of 3.
When we stay there I love it and the breakfast is so good . Check in is easy and people there are so sweet and kind to you
Can’t say anything bad about them
Hotel has a red light outback of the parking lot so access to the highway is much easier.
Typical older hotel. Rooms could use some upgrades.
Everything was okay except when we first got in the room and discovered the toilet was clogged. Front desk did take care of getting it corrected. Other than that okay stay. Breakfast and breakfast staff was really good.
