Please note that we have two rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PRM) and feature a large walk-in shower. These rooms, belonging to our "Classic" and "Executive" room categories, can be assigned subject to availability, even without prior request.

reception staff and morning (breakfast) staff were lovely
ok, we had booked half board so we ate in the restaurant for the five days it was open.
food was generally good, however here the staff let the hotel down.
L'emplacement, juste parfait, sur le lac
Climatisation (en pleine canicule) ne fonctionne pas, employé d'hôtel désagréable, ne cherche aucune solution.
Pas de ventilateur, pas de réparation...
Ascenseur en panne tout le week-end.
Fontaine a eau vide ou absence de gobelet.
Tout cela dans un hôtel 4* a un tarif tres cher.

Chaleur étouffante
Secure underground parking reserved OK. Staff at the reception helpful and English spoken. Nice room with a balcony that looked over towards the lake, but past other buildings on the side. Lots of storage space and large bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room (No Milk) small table and chairs. Big TV, but no English channels. A/C good. Excellent selection for Breakfast. Unfortunately due to mild food poisoning (likely the Crepe from the little hut earlier) I didn't sample any food for breakfast, but it looks great.
Waiters could take up some basic English lessons. Food could be less arty and you have to order your sweet with the main meal. Shower is an over the bath thing. Don't eat the crepes from the wooden hut nearby.
La cuisine du restaurant est excellente et le personnel parfait mais il est regrettable que nous ayons du dîner dans la pénombre car le restaurant n’étant pas climatisé les gros rideaux ont dû être tirés pour nous protéger des températures caniculaires ! Ces conditions ne sont pas agréables et encore moins pour le personnel qui y travaille
Il est inadmissible qu’un établissement de ce standing ne soit pas climatisé ! Aucune chambre n’est climatisée et alors que les températures extérieures bâtaient tous les records nous n’avions même pas un ventilateur installé dans la chambre ! Nous venons depuis des années dans cet hôtel mais si l’année prochaine la climatisation n’est toujours pas installée nous n’y retournerons plus.
La vue est incroyable côté lac
La boisson fraiche a l'accueil est un vrai delice
Le soir on a prévenu la réceptionniste qu'il n'y avais plus d'eau a la fontaine, la reponse " je m'en occupe pas, faut attendre demain" bon on est en canicule il fait 40 degrés... j'aurais limite pu changer la bouteille d'eau moi si elle m'en avait donner une neuve.
