Tout à proximité ! Au top !
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Un emplacement au top pour visiter la ville avec des ados. Cerise sur le gâteau : de l’eau, du café et de quoi grignoter à la réception.

Pros:

Super convenient location. Everything is within walking distance.
The room is quite spacious, and the sound insulation is really good - we barely heard anything from other rooms or the street.

Cons:

There was a problem with the heating system. The heating was somehow on while it was very warm outside on a spring day. The room was heated to a very high temperature and the first night we almost could not sleep. The second day we reported the issue to the front desk and the staff said they would turn down/off the heating, but it did not seem to take effect in the next hours. We had to come down to report it again as it got unbearably hot, and this time the staff helped change the room for us. We were re-assigned a much smaller room, but at least the temperature was normal there.

Nonetheless, we appreciate that the staff's prompt response to the issue and their gesture to potentially compensate for this inconvenience.

Situation géographique

Cons:

Alors que la situation géographique est parfaite, tout semblait à l’abandon juste au niveau de l’hôtel au point où nous n’étions pas certains qu’il soit ouvert. Il faisait également très chaud dans la chambre sans possibilité de régler la température. Enfin les parties communes sont peu agréables (par ex le petit déjeuner est servi au sous-sol sol)

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, très jolie et bien équipée. Personnel sympa et accueillant. La fontaine à eau à l'accueil est très appréciable. L'hôtel est super bien situé pour découvrir Lyon à pieds et il y a un arrêt de métro pas loin.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre quadruple avec un lit double et un canapé lit double. Ce dernier n'était pas très confortable et était bruyant à chaque mouvement dans le lit. Mais en dehors de ça tout était parfait.
