Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel accueillant, très sympathique et serviable. Chambre très bien décorée, spacieuse, propre et avec une très jolie vue. Literie confortable. J'ai été agréablement surprise par cet hôtel.

Cons:

S'il faut dire point négatif : il n'y a pas de mini frigo dans la chambre. Il y a la possibilité de laisser des choses dans un frigo commun si j'ai bien compris mais c'est quand même plus pratique d'avoir un mini frigo dans la chambre (si besoin de boire frais pendant la nuit par exemple) mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Tout le reste était très bien.

L'emplacement, très pratique en centre ville, et à 200m à peine du métro.

Cons:

La climatisation très faible et BLOQUÉ sans qu'on nous le dise au moment de faire la réservation, ou bien de payer !!!

L'accès pour les personnes handicapées qui n'est pas top, surtout pour la salle petit déjeuner, qui se trouve au sous-sol sans ascenseur.

Hyper bien centré, parking à 100m.
De grands espaces, bonne literie et propre.
Le personnel hyper gentil.
Carafe et eau dispo à la réception.
Cadeau à notre départ, une brioche à la praline de Lyon, merci !

Cons:

Vu la taille de la chambre, il manquait peut-être un fauteuil et un petit meuble pour poser ses affaires.
Un peu plus de pression dans la douche serait apprécié.

Large rooms, nice staff, great location.
Pros:

This hotel has nice large rooms and has a great location in the heart of the city. The staff was super helpful and transit is nearby. I do recommend the rooms be furnished with more storage and shelf space for travelers and maybe an extra shelf in the bathroom.
