WOW Istanbul Hotel

The room cleaning was acceptable, and the location is excellent in terms of proximity to the fair center. The staff were friendly, and I was satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and it was close to the Trade Show I was attending, a mere 7 minute walk.

Hotel is a bit outdated but rooms are good and the beds were very comfy

This was my second stay at this hotel Very pleased with both visits.

Rooms too hot! Air con only works in the summer months. Heating either on or off, no adjustment.
Pillows very uncomfortable, like stuffed sandbags.
Shower not good pressure, just a dribble and fluctuates from hot to cold.

Hotel was very warm inside they could not turn the air on down so had to sleep with open window and have a fan but noise was an issue as it was looking over train tracks

Area was not great

Hotel was fine. Wi-Fi was terrible. Up down and slow.

We have stayed here many times before and consistently find this hotel to be efficient, comfortable and convenient for our business trips

Very good hotel with nice staff.

Very friendly people. Very clean room and comfortable bed .

The staff upon arrival was not very welcoming. The room smelled like cigarettes and they refused to change me to another room, the front desk woman suggested I opened the window..

Very poor standards.

I was extremely happy I was given long check out time.

The security guys would get me a taxi in less than 2 minutes each time I wanted it. They would also help me to explain to them were I was going!

The only thing I didn’t like is that guys could smoke and when out of the lift you here the smell.

If you are attending to any show at CNR it is great place to stay. One minute walking. Hotel itself very much outdated and area is depressing.

I was in Wow Istanbul with my family for 3 nights.
What we found in the hotel does not correspond to what we saw on the website, for example, there was no kettle, justification from the reception was that we are in the middle of a pandemic,(hot water, coffee, tea, pandemic 🤔)
the decor doesn't match, the room proves to be old and poorly renovated.
The service at reception leaves something to be desired, they respond rudely.
The maids are very helpful.
The internet sucks.
The break fast is very good.
The bistro's food is good, but very few options.
I don’t wanna be back again.

I like the breakfast setting . Everything available and well presented for breakfast. Hotel property very good and staff very helpful.

We liked everything full stop! The area, environment, easy access to shop, public transport and cab on demand .
