Pros:

The resort was beautiful.We would definitely stay there again. Our only issue was that I became sick and had to leave the resort early. For some reason they never checked us out of the hotel. We had to call on several occasions over the following 3 days to get them to check us out of the room so that we could be given our refund.

Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable!
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Anderson Spa and Resort and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The accommodations were relaxing, the service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I expected. Everything met my expectations, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

While my overall stay met my expectations, the resort experience could be improved by adding more on-site restaurant options. Additional dining options would provide greater variety and convenience for guests, especially during longer stays, and further enhance the overall resort experience.

I was highly disappointed, because a coworker recommended his hotel with high ratings. I was not told there was a Hilton side and an Anderson side to this property. I found this out at checkout, when the system was down, and a receipt could not be printed. I was given a room on the Anderson side at check-in.

We were very disappointed with our stay !
Pros:

We are Hilton vac owners and have stayed at the Anderson many time always happy to be here. The Family always has a good time, it’s always clean.

Cons:

We checked in unloaded the car then went and parked the car. I notice others cars in the lot had parking passes in the window. Had to go back and get a pass should have been giving at check in. The first night the two of us couldn’t sleep the bed made noise every time we moved. Next Morning notified the front desk about 10:00 am an about the bed.Nobody came until about 3:30 pm as we were getting ready to meet friends for dinner. The bed frame was broken and they had to take the whole bed apart and replace the bed frame, then house keeping had to come and change all the bedding! The table in front of the couch the top was peeling off.

I like the location and discounts on buffet across the street.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned and floor wet as soon as we check-in. Staff member was rude when ask a simple question. No late check out.
