Pros:

Everything was nice staff was friendly.

Cons:

When check out time came we called valet for our car they told us to give them 10 minutes to get our car well we waited an hour before our car came. We went to the front desk to remind them about our car I guess valet forgot about our car I understand valet was during double duty as bell service also but several workers walked but us as we waited for our car to pull up and not one of them asked us if we was waiting for our car or did we need help. Eventually our car came after going to the front desk and standing for an hour just waiting. Honestly this was our only issue but definitely a huge problem for us.

We stayed three nights the house keeping didn't come to clean not once
I had to call for clean towels, because it was only three sets in the bathroom no extra.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was a very pleasant experience! Friendly staff!
Pros:

The Anderson Ocean Club and Spa by Ocean Resorts was in a great location and the staff were exceptionally friendly! The room was very clean and presentable.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. Too many valet parking spots in the parking garage.

I love the staff they were friendly and welcoming. Also I love that they have valet parking at a extra cost but it was nice

Cons:

The room, I booked a junior suite the walls was marked up tables were broke and marked up. While drying clothes there was a loud noise I open up the dryer a piece of the filter had came off. Lamps wasn’t working they had no bulbs in them. Definitely want book this hotel again.
