Location on the beach.

Cons:

Dated decor and well used appliances. Alot of crumbs inside the cabinets and dirty grout in the bathrooms. Cramped and chaotic drive up for check in. The price I paid for what I experienced was a huge turnoff. I typically stay in more upscale hotels and have paid less for much higher luxury.

Great for families to stay on the beach. Service could be better.
Pros:

Property is in great location. Just on beach. Pool was great. Perfect for family and kids.

Cons:

Room service was not provided. Towels were not offered. You had to ask for it. Cleanliness of the room & property needs to improve.

Hotel and beach were nice.

Cons:

Lack of coffee or breakfast was not appealing. Starbucks that is limited hours was terrible. The bar was not inviting.parking a larger vehicle was a hassle. Recommended restaurants were terrible. Soho and Donald's pancake house were both terrible

I liked the view and the accommodations were excellent.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't wipe the dining room table nor the table in the living room area. Crumbs were on both and the dining room table was sticky.
