Good staff
Pros:

The staff changed my room immediately when asked. I was originally up a tight stair case, I thought there was a lift (which there is to most parts).I have recently had a new knee and would have found the stairs very ha4d with a case
They gave me a new room with no fuss and apologetic.

Cons:

Not much outside seating in the nice weather.
Not the cleanest of rooms.
No water in room.

Cons:

Fabulous staff and potentially a great hotel, if these glaring problems were addressed.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. Location was great.

Cons:

Access to main street at front was through a connecting door into a gaming bar unconnected to the hotel - uncomfortable.
Room was in the attic and exceptionally hot. A fan was provided but was ineffective and the window opened outwards about 6". There were venetian blinds, which allowed light in all the time - no curtains, sleep was virtually impossible from 5am.
Cleaning was pretty poor, cobwebs behind window blind, dust and fluff in radiator vent, vacuuming not always done, bathroom products allowed to run out.
Found out the night before leaving that the window would open more if hidden catches were slid up and that only the top floor had these windows and blinds. The rest had curtains!! I would have requested a move!
