Comfortable and clean with exceptional staff. Would definitely recommend a stay!
Pros:

Was checked in by Bethany who was very helpful and friendly. There was a large group of us attending the event and she had the patience of a saint! The bonus of a little tavern attached to the hotel was great and the breakfasts were delicious! All staff we encountered were welcoming and chatty. It was a lovely experience.

Cons:

The only thing the hotel lacked was bottled water - but Bethany pointed me to a small shop literally a minute down the road.

Hotel was fine and handy for town center and concert venue
Pros:

The property was handy to the town and the Haymarket where we had a concert in the evening.

Cons:

The staff were all lovely & friendly, my only small complaint was breakfast was a bit chaotic, you couldn’t get everything at once there was several trips to get your breakfast and having to wait for everything replenished, we were offered a refund for 1 breakfast but we declined due that it could of been a busy time for breakfast.

Great value Saturday night stay
Pros:

Hotel a great location for the Haymarket & shopping centre. Only a 15 minute walk from Basingstoke railway station. Slightly dated but comfortable room with plenty of tea & coffee & towels etc. Room was overlooking a main road but could hardly hear the traffic.

Cons:

Noisy guests at 03.15 returning to their rooms, talking loudly & letting their room door slam shut.
