Il meraviglioso patio centrale e tutte le coccole ricevute: il cocktail analcolico di benvenuto, i cioccolatini e le maschere facciali che il personale mi ha portato direttamente in camera. L'attenzione al cliente è davvero massima. Ottima e ricca la colazione.

Cons:

La signora della reception mi ha detto che durante il giorno avrei potuto lasciare l'auto nella via davanti all'hotel, quindi al momento del check out abbiamo spostato l'auto dal parcheggio privato, incluso nel prezzo, alla via davanti all'hotel per poter fare un'ultima camminata in centro. Al nostro ritorno c'era una multa di 96 dollari per aver parcheggiato in zona vietata. Se lo staff mi avesse detto che non era possibile parcheggiare l'auto nella via, l'avrei lasciata in un altro posto....mi sembra un errore grave per un hotel di questo livello!!!!

Decepcionante, la peor relacion calidad/prestacion-precio

Lo unico bueno es la ubicación y la atención de los empleados.

Cons:

​El Hotel Santa Lucía es hermoso por fuera, pero hasta ahí llega el encanto. Apenas entré a la habitación me di cuenta de lo minúscula que era: ¡ni siquiera entraban dos mesas de luz! Tuvieron que sacrificar una porque físicamente no había espacio.
​El Wi-Fi funcionaba peor que un módem dial-up de los 90, cayéndose a cada rato. ¿Y el desayuno? No vale ni un dólar. Nos sirvieron las frutas más económicas del mercado y sin ningún tipo de variedad ni opciones.
​Realmente no entiendo cómo tiene 5 estrellas. No tiene absolutamente nada para ostentar esa categoría. Un fiasco total.

Pros:

Es un hotel en una edificación colonial que te hace sentir como si estuvieras viviendo en tal época. La atención del personal es lo que más me justo. Siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a lo que se necesite.
