Pros:

Camere molto belle, spaziose, letti comodissimi. Personale molto gentile. Uno dei due ristoranti, dove si fa un’ottima colazione la mattina ha anche un prezzo buono. Ottimo anche la postazione del caffé.

Hotel de lujo y exquisito.
Pros:

El hotel es absolutamente precioso, la decoración con gusto exquisito; excelente ubicación; todo el personal muy amable y cálido, nos sentimos en casa. Los desayunos variados y para todos los gustos. Volveremos a este lujoso hotel sin duda alguna. El restaurante Santa Lucía con un menú fabuloso.

Su ubicación y su estética colonial con un patio interior muy bonito. Hotel con decoración colonial. Desayuno buffet correcto. Personal muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

Es un hotel antiguo y las instalaciones son antiguas. Las habitaciones no son nada insorizadas por lo que se oye todo. Tuvimos la mala suerte que había una fiesta cerca y aunque en el hotel hicieron todo lo posible (hasta llamar a las autoridades), hasta que terminó la fiesta a las 2am fue difícil descansar. No me parece un hotel a la altura de un 5 estrellas

Excelente hotel para disfrutar el centro.
Pros:

Súper lindo, tienen muchísimos detalles todo impecable, tiene cafetera en el cuarto, la cama deliciosa sus sábanas de lujo, todo de verdad excelente.
La ubicación súper buena !
El personal súper amables en restaurante, en recepción, en el desayuno todos súper disponibles a ayudar! Gracias de verdad a todos !

Solo se me olvidó decirles que pongan crema para el café en los cuartos.
