El desayuno bastante limitado tratándose de un hotel/boutique de cinco estrellas. Por otra parte, si bien es cierto que la mayoría de los empleados fueron muy amables y simpáticos, hubo un par de ellos con una actitud un tanto 'extraña': te hablaban como si no entendieran tu presencia en aquel lugar mediante un semblante difícil de expresar que, sinceramente, no te esperas en un hotel de este calibre. Incido: fue 'extraño'.

Great vintage vibe in the best location
Pros:

The place is really pretty with a strong vintage vibe. The room was amazing, we felt like we were living in another time. The room was enormous with a menzzanine with 2 beds for our kids, they loved it. Location was great right in the middle of the historic center.

Lovely old hacienda turned beautiful hotel. Super location. Lovely staff. Comfy rooms and just beautiful.

Cons:

Thin doors to the patio, making any surrounding sounds from neighbours or people in the hall and music from lounge very easily heard in the rooms.

Excellent Hotel with loads of character
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location, just one block from Parque Calderon. We have stayed here several times, including on our honeymoon, and it will remain our go-to hotel in Cuenca. Such elegance and comfort that it is a step back in time to be in this colonial hotel. The choices for breakfast are uperb.
