Stayed here the second time on business trip, the rooms are good size, with comfortable beds, a clean washroom, coffee tea maker etc, advantage for Indian guests is the safron indian restaurant in the same compound and a McDonald's as well, so plenty of eating options available to suit the Indian pallette. The breakfast spread is equally good with a mix of continental and oriental cuisines.
They should have a health faucet in every bathroom, the entire world doesn't use tissue papers 😀

Nice place overall
Reception team was so supportive , they are giving extended support , due to language barrier they helped me a lot for taxi booking , everyday coming outside the hotel at pickup location and explainimg to driver for exact drop off location.
Location and breakfast also good
Great value for money. The hotel delivers everything you’d expect from a great chain like Four Points by Sheraton. The customer service was exceptionally helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Property is old now , have smell.
Overall, the hotel is decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is responsive. The view from the higher floors is good. There's a McDonald's nearby, which served as our breakfast since we opted for a rate without breakfast.
The hotel feels a bit worn out: the finishes in the elevators, common areas, and hallways all seem somewhat dated. The elevator to the pool looks particularly unkempt. The lack of coziness and slight mess around the pool itself, which was the main reason we chose this hotel since the kids wanted a pool, was somewhat off-putting. Not all the reception staff have a basic command of English. It’s time to tidy up the common areas.

Quality and varieties- below expectations
Hotel is great. Staff at check in was knowledgeable. They speak perfect English and procedure was smooth and very quick.
Room is big enough with a nice view. Bathroom was perfectly clean with all amenities which you may need. Bed was comfortable and pillows was soft.
Nice gesture was complimentary bottle of water.
