Pros:

Vor allem das sehr nette Empfangspersonal.
Lage gut, kurzer Weg zum Strand.
Toller Blick auf dem Gardasee.

Cons:

Das Abend Essen im Restaurant bei HP. Hier wird auf Nobel gemacht und dann 2. Klassiges Essen das man am Vortag aus zwei verschiedenen Essen auswählen kann.
Frühstücksbuffet ging so. Der Hammer war 2. Teller würde zusätzlich 5€.kosten.
Keine Deutschen Fernsehprogramme bei der Anreise. Nach Reklamation ganze 2 Programme.. für den Rest des Aufenthalts
Poolanlage umgestaltet, kein Rasen, nur Dreck. Aufzugstür geht mit einem lauten Knall zu. Löscher in der Wand und Schimmel im Bad.
Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.
Preis- Leistung viel zu schlecht!

Pros:

La posizione strategica, il silenzio, la qualità del cibo (a parte il buffet delle insalate/verdure a cena😳), la gentilezza del personale, la possibilità di caricare l’auto elettrica.

Cons:

Complici due giorni primaverili freddi, la camera era fredda, il riscaldamento rumoroso e l’acqua calda scarseggiava…

Ausgesprochen schöne, ruhige Lage direkt über dem See. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und verfügen (die meisten jedenfalls) über einen Balkon mit einzigartigem Seeblick. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und mehrsprachig. Gut assortiertes Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte.

Pros:

Il personale di sala molto bravo e preparato, la colazione buona e varia

Cons:

Per il resto terribile…. Struttura datata e non certo all’altezza di un quattro stelle.
Per un guasto non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per due sere di fila e NESSUNO si è preoccupato di informarci previamente o vi provare a mitigare almeno in parte il disagio. Capisco che i guasti possano accadere, ma c’è modo e modo di gestirli e di approcciare la clientela!!

Vista sul lago, relax e colazione imperdibile
Pros:

Una struttura dorata di tutti i comfort, la splendida vista sul lago, la colazione ricchissima, con dolci deliziosi preparati a mano. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Siamo stati bene e ci siamo rilassati, torneremo.

La posizione di fronte al lago, camera spaziosa, ottima colazione e ottima cena, personale dell' albergo e del ristorante molto gentili e disponibili

Cons:

Faceva un po' freddo, il nostro bagno non aveva riscaldamento quando ho richiesto uno scaldabagno almeno per poter fare la doccia, mi sono state dati 2 accappatoi . Lungo il lago davanti all albergo tutte le strutture erano chiuse, se non rimanevo in albergo ero costretto a prendere l'auto e andare in paese.
