Location staff and clean
The hotel was beautiful the location is particularly gorgeous.
There wasn't any water in the room and I sadly found old blood and dirty stains on my pillow
Reception area, parking, resting area and the restaurants
I think the staff may have an issue serving people of colour. For two days straight, our table wasn’t cleared, while everyone around us had theirs cleared so they could get fresh food if they wanted to continue eating. Even when I made eye contact, nothing changed—I eventually had to raise it with the supervisor.
Beautiful location and building. The staff are always so friendly we feel very much at home here. We have stayed a few times and always great service.
The road leading up to the hotel has lots of bad pot holes the council need to retar and repair. Not the hotels fault at all but not a good approach.
We stayed in the Clifton Suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable and we loved the design/decor.
We ate in the restaurant on both nights and the food was excellent - great choice of food and everything tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good - a great choice of hot and cold food and drinks.
Didn't like the toaster at breakfast as it was fiddly to get the correct heat for both sides. Not a huge problem but a niggle!
the countryside vibes, the building is incredible and the room was great.
the jacuzzi e swimming pool temperature was cool ,it was not warm and not pleasant to be in.
Bed and bedding was very cosy.
Room was quite small
