Was a nice location, staff were good, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Asked for a 3 person room, had 2 towels, no bedding for single sofa bed and when asked they could not provide. We literally paid more for an extra.

Also the buffet is horrid, some of the worst food I have had.

Disappointing
Pros:

We were in the old part (the old school). Rooms had very high ceilings and large windows (could just about see out). Rooms were nicely presented with good amenities. Grounds were immaculate and pretty. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

It is massive and very much a corporate hub so normal guests seem to take a back seat. It is so large maps are needed to navigate around. A corporate event had loud music until midnight which was not acceptable as not warned about it. Beaumont restaurant evening buffet was ok but nothing special. Breakfast buffet was good.

Pros:

This is a really great stay for families as lots for children to do, arcade machines, games, table football, huge grounds and only 25 mins drive to Thorpe park and Chesington right on your doorstep and 5 minutes to windsor castle , we really enjoyed here, decent size buffet for kids to eat at and a seperate restaraunt /bar area more for adults if your children are old enough to entertain them selves with the games room on site, parents can go have a more realaxed chilled meal, /cocktail, our kids were 12/13/14 , theres is a decent gym and pool too, we stayed for 3 days and had a really good time, would defo return, thank you :)

For what I paid for my room it was not worth it, very dated, bathroom bath paint peeling off, room was very hot

Very welcoming, clean, everything available to make stay go well. Beautiful surroundings, lovely rooms and food very good and plentiful.

Cons:

Fair amount of walking to facilities. Some access areas not supportive.
