El sitio estaba en una buena zona, con el tren bastante cerca y muy céntrico. El desayuno bastante variado y el personal súper agradable y voluntarioso siempre

The blocked fire exit on the 11th floor was a major issue. It was reported between 9 and AM, at 2 PM, the door remain stuck.
We checked out a day earlier.

I would definitely come back. Loved everything about it.
Pros:

Breakfast is something else. Staff really kind. My suite was really spacious and always kept clean during the day. A walking distance from Si Lom BTS station makes it a perfect hub to go to any main attraction in Bangkok.

Cons:

Maybe staff could improve their English level. Also could exist a locker room for people to change their clothes when arriving and while waiting for check in. Gym could also be improved, but all equipment is there for a maintenance workout.

Bett und Zimmer sehr gut, Personal freundlich !

Cons:

Für 4 Sterne (Booking.com) Frühstück gerade noch ok, keine Bar im Hotel, lediglich Getränkeautomat,
Flughafenshuttle ( zum Hotel ): trotz mehrerer Anfragen keine Reaktion erhalten !
Flughafenshuttle ( vom Hotel) : relativ teuer und "vage" Auskunft zum Preis
Begrüßung/Empfang typisch Hotel - aber nicht wie in Thailand üblich.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel tout confort à un prix raisonnable et un personnel très sympathique !
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, surtout une réceptionniste qui a été super car je devais deux jours de suite, me rendre dans ma famille sur Sukhumvit et je n'arrivais pas à commander une voiture sur mon application "Grab". La dame m'a proposée de commander le véhicule sur son téléphone et tout a très bien fonctionné.
La piscine est propre, coincée entre 4 murs mais elle a le mérite d'être là, après une journée chaude !
La chambre spacieuse.
La situation de l'hôtel à 4 minutes à pied de la station de métro.

Cons:

La salle de bain à rafraîchir (surtout le carrelage de la douche)

Komen zeker terug!
Pros:

Ongevraagd een upgrade omdat er geen plaats meer was voor gewone rookvrije kamers. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Goede uitvalsbasis.

Cons:

2 extra ligbedden aan het zwembad zou meegenomen zijn.

Habitación grande y cómoda. Su cama grande y estaba siempre limpia Siempre con servicio de limpieza optimo, preocupados de un buen aseo y dejar complementos como agua, te, cafe, entre otros. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cercano a una estación de metro, restaurante, cafetería y un 7-eleven.

Second year I stayed there.
Pros:

Although I booked the cheapest room available, I was allocated the nearest room to the swimming pool, which I value. The room had a large desk on which I could spread my staff and work. There were coffee making facilities in the rook. Not much else features, but it was fine for me.

Breakfast was not included but I could get breakfast when I needed at a reasonable cost THB200. Meals were also served all day.
The hotel is very near a sky train station, and taxi and tuk-tuk was parked outside the hotel all day. Bolt and Grab Taxi were easily accessiuble.

Many restaurants and cafeterias near by available.

Cons:

The location, the combiantion of price and swimming, the facilities in the room (large desk, coffee making).
