Overall very good stay! I am happy with my stay here and I send my thanks to the staff!

Pros:

Nos dieron una habitación con vistas increíbles a los rascacielos, muy espaciosa y luminosa. Todo estaba limpio, la piscina también. El personal muy amable y el desayuno de calidad.

Cons:

El gimnasio estaba en reformas y no pudimos usarlo. El servicio de lavandería que ofrecen es caro.

Unos agradables días en Bangkok
Pros:

Habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno muy abundante y delicioso, claro que siempre orientado al publico asiatico. La piscina muy agradable y limpia.
El personal siempre atendió con una sonrisa.
Esta muy cerca del Skytrain, con lo cual te puedes mover por la ciudad con mucha facilidad.
Muy recomendable

Cons:

En general todo muy bien, lo unico que no nos gustó fueron las almohadas que para nuestro gusto son muy blandas.

Duty Manager Prim - fantastic

Cons:

For the first time ever I had a list of concerns about the hotel. I raised them with Duty Manager (Prim who was very resonsive BTW)
There were no bedside lamps (weird)
Theres a cooktop in the room, but you can't use it, no microwave, cutlery, bowls plates etc
No smart TV so you can't watch Netflix etc and only one English channel
But the worst thing for me - after spending 3 weeks in Thailand at 3 different hotels where I experienced superior customer service and friendliness, the staff at this hotel I would descibe as indifferent. No warmth, no smiles, reluctant to provide info or assistance.
For context, this was my 33 trip to Thailand. I've stayed in many places and many hotels and always experienced the warmth and hospitality of the Thai culture and people. This is the first time in 33 trips where that hasn't been the case.
When I raised my concerns with Prim, the Duty Manager she did the best she could to resolve most of my concerns and I appreciated that, but the front desk really need to address their customer service skills in order for guests to feel welcome and to enjoy the renowned Thai warmth.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, que estaba en una zona tranquila y tenía la parada del tren cerca.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, las fotos de la web no se ajustan a la realidad. La ducha perdía agua y el aire acondicionado hacia bastante ruido. La limpieza necesita mejorar y el desayuno es bastante justo.

Très bon choix au centte de Bangkok !
Pros:

Plusieurs séjours au Furama Sathorn si bien situé au pied du métro, toujours très satisfait.
Accueil très professionnel, souriant, compètent et dynmique par Prim à l'accueil.
Hôtel très propre. Chambres tout confort.
Rénovations et modernisations en cours..
Ainsi la piscine a été rénovée, carrelages refaits, pelouse synthétique remplacée. Eau propre, Petit sauna pratique fonctionnel, propre
et gestion électronique. Salle de musculation pratique. Cette fois j'étais au 12ème avec vue dègagée. Il y a même une buanderie où on peut soi-méme laver ses affaires.
Très calme. Personnel efgicace, poli et gentil.
Restaurant au rez de chaussée.
