Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only

We have just got back from a 7 day stay. We stayed here about ten years ago and decided to return this year. We choice this as it was adult only. Well this place was fantastic. Everything was so welcoming staff very friendly. Facilities were great pool , pool bar. Food was great couldn’t ask for anything better. Staff treated us like family and were always willing to help. Room very good size very clean and ideal for any one in a wheelchair. Would definitely return to this hotel

Not bad location, would definitely not return. Rooms noisy and very dated and poor condition. Maintenance poor around hotel with broken tiles. Cleaning not great, reception staff miserable, got pay for safe. No facilities on check out day as only few slots. Snack bar staff don't really want you there, food poor. Stayed in much better hotels. Room Cleaning gif get lucky on day. Birthday celebration only hotel where never got a happy birthday. Not worth money go lanzarote better quality. Also ants in bathroom, be glad to leave tomorrow 🙈 Spa was nice but £150

We've been to Corralejo Bay a few times but decided after 3 years ..time to revisit! Won't be as long for the return visit

What can I say .. won't leave as long again.. a fabulous 11 night stay.
This hotel is a delight .. immaculate clean, and staff that can't do enough for you.
Two pools, one that took your breath away .. but once in lovely ! And one heated. Loads of room around the pool ( which doesn't open till 9am) plenty sunbeds for all .. no need to queue !!

We chose all inclusive .. the food choice was delicious..the entrecote steaks for lunch were 👌.. breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruits, juices, cereals and a hot selection, plus great poached eggs ..
Dinner was relaxed and again great choices.

Entertainment has improved a lot and the ambiance in the lounge was very friendly with all guests...

We had an amazing stay at this Barcelo hotel. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Julia on Guest Relations as well as bar staff Bruno and Tryss. Our room was spotlessly clean and luxurious. The cleaning staff do an excellent job to ensure the hotel stays in prestine condition. The bed was really comfortable and bathroom was modern. Pool areas were amazing and also well kept. Close to the old town on Corralejo with access the beach within 50 metres. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms were comfortable and cleaned excellently each day.

All the staff were excellent, it would be unfair to single out anyone in particular, some of the most professional, polite and hard working staff we have experienced.

We upgraded to all inclusive from half board on arrival for an additional 700€, on reflection this was a mistake. The drinks were excellent in fairness, a good selection and made by skilled bar staff.

Unfortunately, we found the food at the hotel pretty poor, the evening buffet was a mixed bag, the selection was limited and the quality of some of the produce was average at best. Fortunately there was the odd good thing like paella and cooked joints of meat, but overall not the best and definitely not a good holiday experience.

The lunchtime menu at the pool bar was more varied, but unfortunately the quality was inconsistent, some meals were nice and others poor quality, cost cutting has gone too far in my opinion We did have to return poorly cooked food, but, we all can have off days, the staff dealt with these matters professionally.

For the 700€ upgrade, only mini ice creams were included. We found this laughable and sums up cost cutting.

We would only return to this hotel if they offered a bed & breakfast option.

So, my wife and i booked a deluxe room with private terrace access and jacuzzi etc. There's only 10 of these rooms in the whole hotel and they class them as premium rooms. We paid 250euro per night bed & breakfast. At first we were very happy, the room was very comfortable and the private terrace was superb. However, our enjoyment didn't last long as at 9pm every night the entertainment starts and it was unbelievably loud and disruptive. It was awful and goes on every night until 11pm. To make matters worse, all their 'premium' rooms are directly above it! There is only bar and entertainment area in the hotel which is in reception, so you can’t even escape and go for a quiet drink elsewhere. The hotel is a horseshoe shape with the bar/entertainment area in the middle, so you’re trapped. Whilst the hotel is generally very good, this chaos at night just spoilt our holiday. Furthermore, we were only there for 7 nights and on 3 days I had to ask for housekeeping as they forgot. Finally, my wife commented on several occasions that the men working in reception were not particular friendly and at times were a little rude. Not very good Barcelo. I am happy to speak to management directly if you confirm contact details.

Everything that 4* hotels usually offer was at the best level. Close to the center and the beach.

We stayed for the sixth time at Barcelo Bay hotel. All the staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly. Since our last stay in October we noticed an improvement in the main restaurant. The food quality and choices were excellent. We stayed HB as we enjoy going out to the local bars and seeing the entertainment in music square and everything is within walking distance. On this occasion we stayed in a couple of evenings to watch the hotel entertainment. It was really good. The bar staff and waiters work really hard and the service is very good. Driss served our table several times and is a lovely polite man. As we have been here so many times there are too many staff we would like to thank for our stay as they are all brilliant. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Location, facilities STAFF, restaurant, everything!, one of the best hotels ever...keep coming back and would and have recommended to others..

We stayed here for a week from 27.04.26 until yesterday. This review is on our view of the hotel as we used it the good and the not so good. The hotel is well sited and was nice and quite and only a short walk to both the main shopping street and the beach. Firstly it is important to thank the hotel Manager, not that they ever show themselves but get all the grief. The reason for thanking them is that as a manager for many years I know that a manager is only as good as the staff they employ. They have a wonderful bunch of staff at all levels, adequate in number, friendly, helpful and pleasant. We stayed on an all inclusive deal which we found value for money in room 3127. When we arrived we were greeted at reception booked in and given an overview of the hotel. Great start. The room was well presented clean and tidy. Unlike some hotels on the islands they provided tea and coffee in the room. Not certain if this is due to being all inclusive. The buffet restaurant was well presented with a good selection of food some of which was freshly cooked for you. There is a notice asking you to let them know if you any food allergies or intolerances. The pool bar provided limited but a verity of food prepared to order.
Pool area was well maintained.
The evening entertainment is more difficult to comment on as different people like different music. I have based my comments on audience participation both singing and dancing. Five of the seven evenings it was very well received the other two not so . I normally don't like to name names as this is unfair on such a great bunch of people but... Finally I would like to express our great thanks to Leah the Guest Experience Manager for the chats we had with her. She is always visible on the five days she is there. Going around checking with as many people she can to make certain that everything is what they expected from the hotel, even to the extent of ringing the rooms to speak with you. She also has an advantage from the British guest point of view as she has previously worked in the UK. Every hotel needs a Leah. We had a good relaxing week and no reason not to return in the future.

Excellent location, polite staff and good service

Everything except tv remote needs replacing probably because of it's over used. Will definitely return for another holiday this year

The hotel is definitely one with a wow factor, if you want a 5 star waiter service for food this is not the place for you but I enjoy being able to choose from the array of different foods on offer, and how much, the wines available to the all inclusive guests are also very good.
All staff are friendly and attentive and it is only a short walk into the town and to the lovely beach with plenty of places to eat and drink or just watch the world go by.
