I’ve stayed here previously so chose again as it’s a great location for the beach and the town

Hotel tranquilo, cercano del centro de corralejo. Buen trato del personal en general. La cama, impecable.

You really must try this hotel. The staff are so helpful, caring and kind. We had an amazing room upgrade which really made our holiday special. Rooms were clean and the decor as classy. Gorgeous pools and grounds. Food was excellent we stayed on half board. The cocktails are so tasty and the measures are generous. Good night time singers will get you tapping your toes. The hotel is very central and well located. Will be back! Thanks Barcelo Corralejo Bay!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The food and staff are excellent. The hotel is kept very clean.
The rooms are a great size and have everything you need.
Our room was above the reception this year so it wasn't as quiet as we would have liked but the room itself was still good.
The hotel is located near the beach and the main street so everything is within walking distance.
If you want a relaxing holiday that's adults only with great staff and great food / drinks then book here.
We have been to this hotel 5 times and will be booking again for next year.

Fantastic hotel , very friendly staff , very helpful , pool area is great, plenty of space , didn’t use the heated pool as the other pool was plenty warm enough for us !
We were full board and the choice of good wax amazing , I’m gluten free & lactose free , the chef on the first night took me around to help with choices but everything is labelled so really easy to choose , he offered to make food for me if there was something I wanted that wasn’t gluten free like pizza .
The beach is just over the road , with pure yellow sand & clear blue sea .
The town is the other way , with lots of restaurants and bars , in the square there is music every night .
There is also entertainment in the hotel which changes every evening .
All together a really relaxing holiday !

Lovely, clean hotel in a great location.
It’s classed as a boutique hotel with only 3 floors & we felt this gave you more of a personal experience.
The main shops are only 10 mins away with bars along the way & the beach is very close
There is a local craft market on Thursdays & Sundays nearby which is very interesting
The reception staff were always on hand to give out information & were polite & very friendly
We stayed in room 2108 which gets the morning sun & overlooks the pool
The storage was remarkably good, much better than most hotels we’ve been to
The balconies are large, private & have 2 lovely sun lounger chairs & stools
The food was good with plenty of choice & the sweetie trolley was a lovely surprise considering it was an adults only hotel & they were enjoyed by everyone. They even included Lindor which we’ve never had before
We never had to queue for a table, despite needing a table for 4 & the staff were very efficient
All the staff, everywhere, were lovely, no exceptions,
The bar service was excellent, especially Juan & Robert who remembered you & often offered personal service. A lot of branded drinks were included in the all inclusive package.
There are 3 pools & the one with the shallow steps is heated, it was lovely
We never had trouble finding a sun bed even though we went out every morning & didn’t look for one until around lunchtime
There were only a couple of things that I think could be improved
1. The water for the room was only available in quite small glass bottles
2. We arrived late at night when the entertainment was on & it was very difficult to hear as the music was so loud
3. The entertainment itself was mediocre & always very, very loud
All in all we had a fantastic holiday & wouldn’t hesitate to return

Adult only, all inclusive, includes all and any drink the staff can make, Clean rooms, clean pool and polite staff. Always sunbeds available at any tome of the day. 5 minute walk to main strip in corralejo. Some of the evening entertainment was mediocre, but a couple of the singers were great. If your looking for a relaxing break, you won't regret booking this hotel.

Beautiful, scenic, resort in Corralejo. Lovely vibe with adults only, stress-free, hospitable friendly staff. Juan is very chatty and cheeky! Nothing is too much trouble and staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, well fed and lots of drinks! Would return in a heartbeat. The beach is super close, 5 minute walk and the food at the hotel is really beautiful. Pretty much perfect. The rooms are really lovely too, air conditioned, clean and modern with a lovely lobby and lots of plants. The resort has a really tranquil vibe, there is very little noise from outside the rooms and hotel. Value for money is spot on, cannot complain. Gracias.

My friends and I stayed in this hotel from 10 June for a week. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
Hotel is in a good location, about 5 minute walk to the beach and about 15/20 mins to the main town. Some shops nearby too.
Our rooms were lovely, in a quiet location which suited us.
The pool is cordoned off till 9am (lots of people queuing for beds). We never had a problem getting sunbeds whenever we went down.
We stayed All Inclusive, breakfast and evening meal is a buffet in the main restaurant, lots of choice with different themes each evening. Lunch is served in the pool bar. What can I say, this was brilliant. Lots of choice, tapas, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, fish and steak plus more. We worked our way through the menu during the week we were there and didn’t have a bad meal.
The drinks are also high quality. Lots of nice wines, branded spirits and the cocktails were amazing.
We went on a trip to a nearby island called Los Lobos, which we’d definitely recommend. We booked before we went but lots of booths selling boat tickets by the Marina.
The staff really are what makes this hotel. A special thanks to Paco, Bruno, Driss, Juan, Francesca, Juane and all the staff for looking after us and making our stay special.

Just home from another lovely visit to Barcelo.
Everyone makes me feel like being at home, And treat me like family.
Having visited over 20 times you only have to read my previous reviews to know I think it is superb, although when l visit next September l hope the temperature will be a little lower for my own taste but can’t wait to go back.

Nice stay. Every thing you need on your doorstep. Staff were very friendly. Food was good. Plenty of sunlounges available.

Great hotel. Wonderful food, comfortable beds and always enough sunbeds by the pool. Staff are very friendly!

My two negatives:
1. The wristbands have a ‘waterproof’ key to get you into your room. It is not waterproof! We had to change our wristbands every other day because they stopped working due to being in the water. A good idea but highly impractical.
2. Maybe I am picky, but dinner starting at 19:00 seems rather late to me. I am pregnant so maybe that’s why, but I feel waiting until 19:00 to start dinner feels a while! It would be much nicer for it to start at 18:00/18:30.

All in all a wonderful hotel and we would recommend

This was a last-minute booking and we’re so glad that we selected this hotel from the minute we walked in the reception made us feel welcome
Our room was on the first floor, which was very spacious spotlessly clean beds so comfortable
The swimming complex was great one heated pool which was a nice treat. Lots of sunbeds. The pool towels are great because they cover the whole of the sunbed. Usually you find them too small.
We really enjoyed the food there was lots of choice if anyone says different they must be very very picky. There was always plain food if you didn’t like spicy or sauce or sauces to go with the plain food there was lots of choices both for starter main and deer couldn’t fault it. The restaurant staff were lovely and we found it easy to get a table and the drinks were served quickly. We can’t really comment on the entertainment as that’s not our thing so we didn’t really stay for that. However it didn’t disturb us at all. There is a couple of pool tables in the shuttle board game which was fun. We stayed half board which is enough for us.
We have come back and feel like we’ve had a really good holiday And it was all down to good accommodation and good staff
