Pros:

sehr gr. Zimmer, sauber nettes Personal, Frühstück zwar amerikanisch aber in Ordnung, guter Parkplatz vor dem Hotel

Nous avons eu une suite plus grande que demandé
Fonctionnel avec cuisine et salon

Cons:

Très très bruyant avec l’autoroute juste à côté
Vitres non insonorisés ! Simple vitrage!!!
Et pleins d’autres bruits inconnus ???
Et pour noircir encore le tableau une coupure d’eau chaude prevue jusqu’en fin d’après midi … qui a duré jusqu’à 23h
Pas de possibilités de se doucher !!!! Un comble pour le prix de la nuitée
En plus personnel qui ne réponds pas vraiment et pas de gestes commerciales car nous étions passés par booking..
Booking eux au moins nous ont écouté !

Loved the rooms and wonderful included breakfast
Pros:

Extremely clean and comfortable for an older hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and professional.

The pool was not very private.

Pros:

The rooms were nice with a detached sitting area and kitchen. Nice equipment. Comfortable beds.
Good breakfast

Cons:

The walls between rooms are paper thin or very poorly insulated. Had to call both nights of our stay to calm down the next room occupants as their ruckus beyond 11pm made it extremely frustrating and annoying

Disaster
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the facial was clean. The guy that was serving the food was great very upbeat and asking each guest was ok.

Cons:

I had to change room because my room had mold in it and it had a very bad odor . Once I changed room I left the hotel when I came in the night I realized the room had no shower curtain. I called the front desk using my cell phone because the phone in the room was not working. I spoke with Jason at the front desk and he informed me that no one else was there with him and house keeping had already left for the day . I was not able to get a shower curtain. The next morning no one provided me with a shower curtain. I spoke with the front desk representative Lakeya and she was no help either, I just wanted to check out which i did. I asked Lakeya to speak with the manager and she informed me the manager was not there and she call me twice and received no response. I then asked for the manager phone number which Lakeya provided her business card. I called Janet the Assistant General manager several times and left several messages, and I have not received any response. Lakeya told me the only thing she could do is to take $50.00 dollars off my bill. This was my first and last visit. I will not be returning. There was no apology for the inconvenience we were not able to take a shower the I checked out. There were three adults in the room for a $50.00 credit. Still have not received any respond from Janet.
