Loud obnoxious stoned guests on the third floor. Front desk employees were not friendly

It was close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Staff at front desk were acting as if we were a burden, an inconvenience when we checked in.
Then when I asked why we didn’t get the room re reserved a MONTH A GO?
I was met with “I think we are sold out”
I reserved and NEEDED the a
handicap accessible bathroom. Didn’t get one.

Clean and comfortable!!
Pros:

It was more than what I expected!! Full kitchen bathroom had an extra vanity. Beds were so comfortable!! We would definitely stay here again!! Breakfast was perfect for in and out. Waffles toast eggs sausage.

Cons:

Kitchen supplies were limited. One small pot and one med skillet. You wouldn’t be able to make spaghetti!!

Great staff and convenient location
Pros:

The staff was excellent and the location is perfect for shopping and spring training.

Cons:

I had booked the two bedroom suite which was very spacious. However there was no window in the living room.

Also one of the two elevators was broken and didn’t get repaired during the five nights we were there.

Boa opção em Palm Beach
Pros:

Quarto muito amplo, com cozinha completa, banheiro espaçoso, cama grande e confortável. Café da manhã razoável e estacionamento de fácil acesso. Tem elevador. Apesar de não estar no centro de Palm beach está cercado de bons comércios

Cons:

Na primeira noite estava sem água quente e previsão de retorno, mas consertaram no dia seguinte

Gâché par le bruit et la panne d’eau chaude !!!
Pros:

Nous avons eu une suite plus grande que demandé
Fonctionnel avec cuisine et salon

Cons:

Très très bruyant avec l’autoroute juste à côté
Vitres non insonorisés ! Simple vitrage!!!
Et pleins d’autres bruits inconnus ???
Et pour noircir encore le tableau une coupure d’eau chaude prevue jusqu’en fin d’après midi … qui a duré jusqu’à 23h
Pas de possibilités de se doucher !!!! Un comble pour le prix de la nuitée
En plus personnel qui ne réponds pas vraiment et pas de gestes commerciales car nous étions passés par booking..
Booking eux au moins nous ont écouté !
