Pros:

What a beautiful property! The grounds and inside common areas were very clean and well kept. The rooms were great, also clean and well stocked with the needed items for our stay. The staff were very friendly and they all seemed very happy to see us from check in to check out. We travel as a family frequently and this was our first stay at a Hawthorn property. This experience will definitely change that, we plan to return to these properties more often. Great experience!!

Cons:

Parking spots are very small. Every other thing about this property was excellent.

Overall nice!
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. I gave a 9 vs a 10 because I booked for 4 people but there were only 3 towels.

Cons:

Gf breakfast options. Not just yogurt and fruit for that matter.

Definitely a Winner
Pros:

I slept better the past three nights than I did in a boutique hotel in Hawaii! The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location couldn't be more perfect. The price was great, and the breakfast was solid. The staff was also sporting FANTASTIC attitudes with pride in their establishment. The tiny pool was well maintained, and the parking lot felt safe. Nice amenities available on site, and the bar in the lobby was delightful 🙂

Cons:

The Internet was slow and the TVs were not great, but I don't really care about that, and my cell connection worked great. One lamp didn't work, but I didn't need it, really and could have asked for a fix, but let it go.

Pros:

Quarto enorme, localização excelente para quem quer fazer compras, próximo ao Tanger, Target, Ross, Tj Max, vários restaurantes e demais opções de redes varejistas e estacionamento.

Pros:

Very nice and clean. Easy check in. They called to make certain of what time we were coming a we had arranged for a late arrival. Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a very nice suite.
We utilized the airport shuttle. The driver was very good and helpful.
