Pros:

Check in was fast and easy! Location was great as it is right off I-95 and there is a light to get in and out from the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the room layout (we had a 2 Queen/1King suit). Beds were comfy and the bathroom was a great size. Breakfast was also nice. TIP: there are no ice machines, but if you ask for ice at the front desk, they will give you a bag or ice for your freezer.

Cons:

The only complaint was our conditioner bottle was empty and the water pressure in the shower was very week. I think partly because the shower head was so high up it might have affected it some. For a girl with curly thick hair, it took me forever just to rinse the shampoo out. Also: be aware if you are traveling with an elderly person or a small child, the beds are rather high, it was difficult for my mom to get into the bed. My husband and I didn't have any issues though.

Very poor management manager had agreed to refund the one night and then changed her mind and would not refund it. Then
Pros:

They charged me for an extra room that I did not stay in. I payed for 3 night in a room that I had extended the stay. The original one night somehow did not get canceled and they charged me for it. Also and refused to refund it even though we weren’t in that room.

Cons:

Convenient location, but will never stay here again
