I will never ever come back to this hotel again. It is very pity that my 2nd time here was so awful.

Nothing this time

Cons:

AC was not working. They deliberately turned the central cooling AC for rooms off so it was very hot to sleep in the rooms of the whole hotel. However, I want to point out that all the rest areas in the hotel were OK (lobby, restaurant, gym…)

Odore di fumo all’interno della camera. Dopo aver prenotato e pagato su Booking in sede di check out l’hotel ha ti addebitato nuovamente il costo della prenotazione. Immediatamente ho richiesto, in più sedi e con numerose chiamate. Solo dopo 20 giorni ho ricevuto il rimborso….

Pros:

The property is good, but the receptionist from 11 Apr 26 evening was unprofessional, almost rude. He asked me if I am for the fist time, I told him not at all, I was there at least 6 times, but he was not convinced about it, and couldn’t find me in his database. After he handed me the key for the room, he asked me if we are two persons in the twin room that I’ve booked, I said yes, and he started again the whole process for the second person. Not pleasent after a long drive and not welcoming at all.

It feels terrible!
Cons:

The quality of the blankets, sheets, and pillows is terrible! There's a layer of fine white dust everywhere in the room. It clings to my belongings, clothes, even my hair and nose!
The restaurant is small and always full. It's very difficult to get a table for dinner! There's a shortage of staff and the attitude is very cold.
