Tarif attractif . Parking gratuit fermé par barrière et digicode.

Cons:

Localisation (à l’entrée d’une zone activités … y compris de prostituées en am et soirée ) ; insonorisation à revoir (bruit de paroles à 4h du matin) . Panne d’ascenseur (accueil au 1er et chambre au 2e) et panne de chauffage (compensé par radiateur à bain d’huile) ! Document plastifié annonçant la panne « depuis hier matin «  alors qu’on est restés 2 nuits 🤣
Pas de table (alors que coin cuisine) mais uniquement un bureau

Proximité de l’Arena

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne, pompe à chaleur en panne, moquette chambre sale, moquette escaliers dont nous avons largement profité sale et usée voire déchirée… pas d’accueil au rdc… cher pour une prestation déplorable… aucune compensation proposée… et à part ça c’est l’équipe Zenitude!!!

Pros:

O tamanho do estúdio , banheira . Simpatia do funcionário , ao pequeno-almoço os croissants e os petit pain au chocolat estava deliciosos .

Cons:

A localização não é a mais aprazível . E o elevador não funciona .
